So often, we just write and read 'bad' things. I had the BEST barista - Theo - at this Starbucks. Theo was friendly, but professional; warm, yet thorough. Major kudos!

Every time I go to this place and order a iced beverage the baristas here can’t seem to make a iced beverage. Even if you specify more than once that you want your drink iced they will still try to hand you a hot beverage when you get to the window. Not a lot of smart people working here.

The service here has dwindled over the last year. Within that time, my orders were constantly messed up. I decided to finally express that to the staff and Mia, who was remaking my order, was very rude. Her rudeness resulted in me snapping on her. Every time I go in to have my order fixed there’s a problem and the staff has an attitude. I definitely called corporate and filed a complaint and will not be returning until the service is better.

a great location! Can get a bit backed up but the staff work as much as they can to help everyone.

The lady that's in the back with the wigs she is wonderful if everyone in the store can have her personal. She is the reason I come back to the store. Again shòut to the 62 year old Lady that takes care of the wigs that looks much younger..keep that great personal ! ?

The Drive thru line was wrapped around the building, decided to go inside and place my order. Once inside, there were 2 people that had already ordered waiting for their orders. There were 10 employees working in all. They cleared out the drive thru and took care of the 2 people waiting ahead of me then proceeded to restock and ignore my order. Waited 35 minutes inside for a coffee. Will never return to this location. How do you have 10 employees on staff clocked in and customers are still waiting over 30 minutes for a coffee order.

As a loyal Starbucks customer who tips between $5-$10 each visit I frequently come to this particular location and very much enjoy the usual morning staff. On this morning of 12/16/2021 I received the most unbelievable and inconvenient treatment ever by this company which I have never ever had a complaint about in my life. I was told they do not except $100 bills and I had to inconveniently leave the drive thru line and retrieve change to come and then grab another coffee. Usually Starbucks policy is to give the customer the coffee courtesy if made wrong (because it was) but I was lucky enough to have a friend nearby to come place the order for me via Debit. I purchased my second order and waited after coming in the establishment and receiving the rudest treatment after they threw my previous coffee away. So so upset!!! New coffee ordered and YESSSS IT WAA MADE IMPROPERLY. VENTI WHITE CHOCOLATE MOCHA HAD NO WHIP AND WAS BITTER TO THE TASTE IT WAS AS IF THEY JUST SAID LETS MAKE HER COFFEE DISGUSTING..I JUST LEFT. WILL NOT GO TO STARBUCKS ANYMORE #TEAMBIGGBY

It was kinda busy. A little loud. The ppl didnt know how to make any drink we requested. Its like with these starbuckdrink pages on ig and fb they would be more hip and then when u try tell them how to make it they get mad or say they dont have something to make it. My drink turned out nasty and looked nothing like the pic. So I wasted $5. This is why I only go to Starbucks in Target locations.

Not from Detroit and ask the white girl with short hair if she could confirm If I was in the correct location and was extremely rude. Never have I ever had rude service at any Starbucks location

My experience at the 8 mile/Woodward Starbucks exceeds what customer service should be. I ordered a mobile order but unfortunately the cake pops were out, so when I arrived to an empty bag my sweet tooth was a little disappointed. The team on site was so courteous and who I believe was the manager offered not only the refund for the sold out items, but even offered a brownie on the house. I was totally cool with just the refund but it was a nice extra surprise to be offered something and on top of it, it was delicious. Thanks for the great experience!
