I'll never understand why Starbucks thinks financial help will make you a millionaire.
Today I went to Starbuck on the campus of my university. When I selected my drink, I paid and got my drink at the counter. After a few minutes later, the staff brought me drinks. Unfortunately, I didn't hold it tightly and dropped it onto the floor. At that time, I really felt guilty because I messed everything up. Immediately, I apologized to the staff at the counter. However, the staff said:

Waited inside for 30 min for my drink. Was made wen i asked if it was ready. Thanks
So many times I’ve ordered bake goods specifically NOT warmed and they always warm it. It takes them forever to warm it just for me to tell them I don’t want it like that. Today, this happened again and when I tried to grab someone’s attention to correct the mistake I was purposely ignored. So glad I won’t have to go here any more.

Nice atmosphere, decent amount of seating. Nice staff.\ Can’t redeem stars here.\ Always cold in here, either AC pumping, or today the heat is pumping but both front doors are stuck wide open! I guess this store doesn’t believe in climate change?? I tried calling store via home number google provides. Disconnected.
People working here needs some real training!
