Very slow service. Friendly employees
They are not serving to the public. Unless you have an appointment!!! So I paid to park in this hospital to get Starbucks walked half a mile there and back to my car!!! Do not go without calling first I guess

It's always fine and good service as long as they're open. It would be great if they were open at night for the hospital staff that work overnight but I guess they don't care about us.

The management of this store has no respect for its employees or the Starbucks name. He is very rude and arrogant and likes to intimidate the young ladies.

Terrible experience.I waited thirty minutes before I was even acknowledged (store was supposed to open at 0600). Service is poor, employees have attitudes, and drinks barely ever come out right. I’ll never be going here ever again.
It is unfortunate that we only have this Starbucks in the hospital. Unprofessional and treat you with attitude. Need a change of whole management. Super slow. Sometimes from their slowness, I wish I could get in and get my own drink.
