I just went to the Starbucks on Maxk and Woodward and they said they were closed. They had a guy at the door telling people but he had no Starbucks badge or way indicating they wereclosed. He also was very rude with a stocking cap on his head. It's 1:30pm in the afternoon. It appeared as if they were just too busy. I guess this is how Starbucks is doing business now in Detroit.
Got my white chocolate Mocha! Staff was sweet and my coffee was made perfectly. Definitely recommend!

Very poor service at this location. Granite there are stabbish of a very busy but they still failed to render proper service. I waited for almost 20 minutes to a half hour for my order. And when my order came no one bothered to call my name so it sat on the counter for 10 minutes getting cold while I stood there and waited. I never would’ve seen the order unless I walked up my self and read the packages. All the manager or whomever wasn’t processor orders and say was sorry about that. Still very bad service if my presence rigid that type of behavior from your employees at that establishment and I think you are Dezarae think who are you hire. You get one today.
The Allied security guard was rude and thinks he has authority to speak to consumers anyway he wants. I watched him lie and called the police on adults who were just talking loud, stating they were fighting. Just because some individuals speak loud doesn't mean you can jump to conclusions. However, all individuals should be spoken and treated with dignity most of respect.
This is honestly the best Starbucks in Detroit! The baristas are always very welcoming and friendly when i come In for my morning coffee❤️. This is the only location in this city that actually knows how to make a good Salted Carmel cold brew!!!!! Thank you Jessi and the rest of the wonderful team for always being so kind and providing excellent service! Grateful that this is my local store!!

Location is clean. Service was fast. They even suggested great replacements for an item that was out of stock. Only gripe was the security guard who had a huge attitude when asked to unlock the bathroom. Even tho I was a paying customer. She really didn't want to end her phone call or get off of her chair. Other than her, this location is pretty good.
I love ordering off of the app, cause then I just walk in and pick up my order off the counter and leave!
Perfectly fine Starbucks. Good service. Parking was a bit cramped, but manageable.
