They close at 9PM, at 8:05 they were in full clean mode and told me they were not serving any cold drinks or coffee...just tea.
This store doesn't have the blonde espresso and nobody inside it knows how to make basic Starbucks drinks.
Bad service and drink was not good. You have a rude staff member who seems to be bothered that customers come in. I think she is your shift manager.
Shame on you Starbucks if you keep lazy, rude staff like these here. Better shut it down. They mess with simple orders, ignore any additional requests, wear whipped gloves, always on their phones
Dirty and unclean. Flies in the display case crawling all over the food. Staff texting while ringing customers up. Long waits and lines. This franchise or independently run Starbucks is not up to standard.
The worst treatment I've ever experienced in a Starbucks store. The staff was rude.
My VSCO daughter loves it she got me into VSCO i bought a hydro and dropped it once and i oop and i have a box full of scrunchies
Waited 10 minutes in line just to be told at the register they only accept apple pay. No sign out saying that their card machine is down. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME EVEN THINKING ABOUT STOPPING HERE...
