Out of the 20 times I've gone to the Starbucks I've had 5 totally ridiculous customer service issues.Today's issue is that I went in and asked for a dark roast pour over oh, the barista said that they're not doing pour-overs because they're short-staffed they have three staff members there there was one person in the Drive-Thru and nobody behind me inside.I've also brought this issue up before when I was in the Drive-Thru and they would not make a pour over, that I could understand so I went inside on that particular day. Well as I've already stated today is a different day they were not busy at all so I said could I talk to the manager please and the manager went ahead and made the poor over but it was with a really bad attitude like I had done something wrong to ask for a pour over it's all about body language, tone of voice the look people give you communication is 95% nonverbal. Anyway I called the corporate office set my complaint with them they'll take it up with the regional manager. I would have driven over to the other Starbucks couple of miles away but it's under renovation currently this is the worst Starbucks as far as customer service.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru after ordering.. coffee was not ready by the time I got to the window and paid. Really disappointed as it made me late going back to work from my lunch break.

I don’t think I have ever left a bad review, but holy smokes this is the most poorly run Starbucks I have ever been to. I only go when I absolutely have to and I always regret it. The drive through line takes forever, the orders are regularly wrong, and the staff aren’t even very nice. Truly ridiculous and in need of new management.

Waiting 45 minutes for our single coffee. They had two people working. The guy running the register was useless. *Edit. Ended up editing this review three times. 1 hour of waiting. Fire the guy who was running the register.

Drive thru is extremely slow, the employees are always rude and unhelpful, orders are very rarely correct. If I’m paying for a drink that costs more than a gallon of gas, I’m anticipating getting what I ordered.

I ordered something that I seen on Tic Toc and it was sooo good. The service was fast, its usually a line but I'm assuming it was fairly slow since it was around 1pm

My coffee tasted water down I have never had a cup of coffee from Star Bucks that was not strong and good. This was the first time in 15 years that I have enjoyed Star Bucks that I was disappointed.

Nice and friendly staff. You can tell how your drink is going to turn out based on who’s taking the order and who’s making it. Would be nice if the hours online reflected their actual hours

I mobile ordered for pickup and the doors were all locked, if you know anything about this location it’s that the drive thru line is always crazy long. I had to leave my order because I couldn’t wait 30 minutes in the drive thru or go inside to get it. I’ve never had a problem here before but this was such a bad experience I’m not going to order here again.

Drive thru line was a bit long but after I got to the speaker it moved rather quickly. Perhaps there was an issue at the window that held the line up for a moment.
