My favorite place for catfish, shrimp and fries. Servers are very friendly and that Lady cook is Great.
Food real good. I love everything I've had
The shrimp was rubber and the batter was everywhere but on the shrimp. The overall atmosphere was dingy and uninviting. The cashier was EXCEPTIONAL and the restaurant's ONLY redeeming quality. I won't be going back.
Chicken wasn't that bad, but the fish was not the greatest, had good taste but you can't really enjoy it without having to remove that gross black tarry part, they leave it on the fish, and surprise gift fish bones inside, instead of boneless.
They gave me the wrong order, and left off some of my order and when I spoke with the male employee about it he argued with me that I didn't and he couldn't prove it because the receipt was not in front of him and that I needed to speak with a manager..so I went to the establishment and showed him my receipt and he then told me I needed to come back the next day to speak to a manager about it. Firstly, you shouldn't be operating without some form of management in the restaurant. Secondly, if I told you I didn't receive what I ordered and drove from the suburbs all the way back down to the city, if you're operating without management, you should've at replaced that order, that's only good customer service. Thirdly, him and some other young lady were the only 2 employees working with a store full of customers. I will never be going back to this HOOD restaurant!! No refund or replacement of screwed up order...really?? My suggestion is find somewhere else to get your ?!!! ??
When I want some fresh fish, I'll come here. Nice variety of fish and prices are not too expensive.
I ordered Cole slaw with my meal, but they didn't put it in. A bout of miscommunication on THEIR part. They should have told me HOW to order it. Other than that, the guy behind the counter was super nice.
I didn't go into this place.... I was getting my haircut five businesses down from this place.
These people right here got the best you buy we fry in the city of Detroit. They should be on the news. Reason: no greasy old grease fish. Fresh with lemon pepper every time. Thank you guys..
