My daughter and I went for lunch and the French Onion soup was excellent! The whiskey river burger is my fav!! ?.We were sat in the bar area and the waitress was very friendly and outgoing.
Got there on a Friday evening. Staff was incredibly friendly & polite. Ordered take out. Only took about 10-15 minutes. Was accurate and cooked 100% correct. Thank you to the staff there!!
My daughter took me and my grandson to Red Robin for our birthday. My grandson gave me a hat and I left it at the table and when I called back to retrieve it no one would go and check. This made me and my grandson pretty sad. The food was great and the service was great but I wish that staff would have at least tried to look for my birthday present.
I had the bacon burger cooked to order and garlic fries. Both were great. The team was absolutely amazing. Very polite and very professional. Great customer service.
We brought our children here for a surprise dinner. We asked for openly visible unused tables to be seated at since it was seven of us. The hostess kept looking over at the area as if she didn't see it being empty with no customers. She looked several times and tried to squeeze us in booths where all of us would not be seated together. I guess if you don't have 1 to 2 kids don't come here asking for tables. I guess those are reserved for people without kids.

The food was great.. but I may say one thing... I asked for Italian dressing on my salad, and instead I got really fire-hot dressing. not to mention, I said no ice and I got ice.? ?
The nicest gentlemen were working the to-go order pick-up today. Food was good and the order was correct. We live closer to another Red Robin but will travel the extra few minutes for good service.
I enjoyed the free birthday burger from the rewards app. I tried the bacon fondue and steak fries. I enjoy the restaurant for special occasions and the reward program, but I generally find that the prices are more expensive than reasonable for what you are getting. I enjoy the variety of toppings, but you can only put so much on a burger before it becomes a mess to eat. The take out container kept the food warm waiting for me to pick up and take it back in February in Michigan.
Good burgers. Yummy fries and oreo milkshake. We left stuffed.We had a nice young lady in the bar wait on us. We had really good service.
