I am no Emeril or Gordon Ramsay, but this food was just flat out good. Had the filet mignon and scallops. Food I have cooked at home but does not come close to the flavors these chef's put on my plate. Service was great and not overwhelming like some other high end restaurants I have been to. You know, where you kinda want to tell them to leave you be?...lolKinda expensive, but food these chef's put out made a special dinner/night with my nephews worth it...
Very disappointing! Food was mediocre for the price! Service was absolutely horrible! Waited 40 mins for our drinks! Took almost two hours to receive our food, from the time the order was placed! Multiple things on the menu were not available! Prices differ for certain items on online menu than in person. I ordered the filet with loaded baked potato, never received the potato then after being half way through my filet i was told that the kitchen ran out of potato’s. Some ppl part of my party ordered dinner salads and received them as appetizers even after specifying they were to be brought with the rest of the entrees. In the 4 hours we spent there we seen the waitress about 3 to 4 times….. AND THE RESTAURANT WAS NOT BUSY! We finally asked for a manager due to our disappointment, he the offers 4 deserts to the table only for us to find a huge piece of plastic in the cheesecake! They just seem to lack any type of customer service, communication and professionalism skills! Never again horrible way to end a birthday celebration!
The wait staff was very attentive. They make sure that your cup is full and that you’re enjoying the meal. We ordered beef short rib and a burger. I was told the burger was good. My short rib was perfect and tender. There was a little bit of a view from my table. You have to be at least 21 since the restaurant is in the casino. I recommend this experience.
If I could give 6 stars I would. We almost cancelled our reservations based on some of the reviews for Prism lately. I am sure glad we did not! The food was amazing, we had butternut squash soup, mushroom soup, short ribs (make sure to get the zip sauce!) and the brussels sprout. Not only was the food amazing, but our service was better than we could have ever desired. Our servers name was Lisa and she treated us so great, and was attentive like we were her only table in the place. She was funny, thoughtful, made great suggestions, and went above and beyond on everything. When we told her that my wife was pregnant so she wouldn't be drinking alcohol she was so excited for us and said she was going to make a little "Juicy Juice" for my wife. The Juicy Juice was a great mocktail. I can't say enough about how special we felt because of Lisa's great customer service. For my personal business I have taken customer service courses from Disney and Ritz Carlton and Lisa checked all the boxes on how to deliver outstanding customer service. We will come back here our next night out, and you should make this your place to eat on your next date night too!
Ribeye steak is amazing here!! Ask the chef to make you “tangy and spicy steak sauce” it’s amazing. The desserts are amazing! Fraser salad was ok. The wild mushroom bisque was to die for. A must try!
Very, very disappointing. For as expensive as they are, the service and food was terrible. The waitress warned us that my meal would take 35 minutes to make. We said fine. The problem was that she didn't check on us for 35 minutes! No drink refills. No checking on my wife's food. Nothing. Then when we asked for our bill, she left, but when she came back, she started taking other table's orders. The older busboy saw what was happening and did the best he could to help. He got his own tip, and it was bigger than hers! We ate at the Sportsbook Bar and Wahlburgers while we were there and got better service and better food for a fraction of the cost.
Visited here on New Year day and was very pleased. Our starter, the chicken bites with spicy tartar were so juicy and tender with a flavorful sauce. I ordered the filet mignon and lobster tail, asparagus, and whipped potatoes. All were cooked to perfection. The staff were all really attentive and friendly. The almosphere was intimate and cozy. Nothing about our dinner experience could've been better!
It was a beautiful atmosphere for my gf ? birthday ?. The food mouth watering service spot on. Very nice selection of steak !

We came to Detroit for the Marathon but somehow the fact that it was Sweetest Day slipped our minds- so finding a place to eat was almost impossible. We stumbled upon Prism at the Greektown Casino and they were able to seat us, and boy were we glad they could! From the moment we sat down we were treated so well. Our waitress, Daniela, was amazing! She was kind, attentive, and full of great recommendations. She truly made our dining experience! The food was also great- delicious crab cakes, steak cooked to perfection, and really good sides!
