Visited here twice while on a business trip; once an hour before closing and another during lunch time..Before close, they got us through pretty quick but lunch time can take some time (understandably). However I can say all the workers seem to do their best and are hard at work. Other than that, I have nothing to complain about.Solid sandwich place. The steakhouse beef is delicious. When there isn't anything particular you want, this is always a good choice.
I did an online order and did not get what I wanted. they had some weird site and it felt very broken. my order didn't have any toppings but the line wS so long there was nothing I could do. had to get back to work. dissapointed with my visit and online order ... sad because I love the food there. I am sure ill be back but not going to order online they suck...
Called ahead and still had to wait at least 10 minutes to get my order. People who walked were getting their stuff before me. Completely defeats the point of ordering ahead. And the cashier was not apologetic at all. She obviously didn’t care. Lackluster customer service, will not return.Edit: What an idiotic response. Go to the one in the Renaissance Center, much better

I Work at chase towers down the street and this was the worst decision I’ve made coming here the service was very off to say the least the ladies never spoke even after speaking and after watching how they handled the previous guest should’ve been my que to just leave!! Never again ALL RUDE!! Food never ready Always have to wait don’t go on your lunch just don’t go o at all
How do you get a sandwich this wrong?
The filipino and or asian employee was rude. Asked a simple question. And instead of just answering it nicely, he replied passive aggressively. Also, meat was burnt & my sandwich was smashed.
Very rude. Good luck getting a hold of them to place an order. You cant online. Tried calling all day no answer. Went by and they were closed but several people just sitting there. Sorry the sign I noticed said 7 not 6. The sign she pointed to said no public restrooms. But she insisted it said closed at 6. Again very rude! I'm more than happy to take my business else where, when I was looking to book catering for a company party.
During a busy lunch hour, one of the employees randomly started yelling at the top of her lungs. It was impossible to understand what she was yelling, it was basically gibberish. She was acting possessed.
