Terrible this is one Popeye's Chicken I will never go to. The chicken was old like it had been reheated and tasted like wood. I was so disappointed. Some people may like old chicken not me .????????
EXTREMELY SLOW.. I order my food online food was suppose to be ready in 20 mins I came a little later to make sure. I get there and the drive thru is wrapped around the block, and my food was not ready. They had a pile of receipts that was never touched for pick up orders. There was about 6 employees working they only had 1 person on drive thru and one at the registers, everyone else was just standing around. The guy in the front was taking orders, helping them cook, packing orders, etc. He was the only one really working smh I waited a hour and 15 mins for my order.
Placed order online. Waited for an hour in the drive through. During pickup, I was told they don't have any of the items I ordered and they ask me to cancel my order. They couldn't cancel it from the back end neither they could tell me how to do it from the app. I was hoping they would replace with whatever they had, but no. Finally I was able to call the customer service and they help me in issuing refund. I don't think I'm going back here.
I never understand why chicken places never have chicken. They didn’t have hot sauce or strips. The pop was watered down and the customer service was horrible. Also there is no menu inside. Terrible experience . It doesn’t even deserve the one star I had to give

I waited for 30 min just to get some cold food... My chicken sandwich was horrible my fries taste like they had set for hours and hours and hours.... The only thing that I was grateful for was the service... The young lady at the drive thru window was really sweet, but overall they can do better... I'll give them another chance...
I called the store to confirm my uber eats order and after about 8 rings,a woman picked up the phone and slammed it on the counter. The line was open for over 40 minutes, enough time to find out my order had been cancelled. A little advice, always be aware of your surroundings and keep your conversation professional
This establishment gets 0 stars from me, My order was entirely wrong, I ordered a fish sandwich I got chicken, I ordered I'm sweet tea I got Lemonade, and there was something in my mashed potatoes that I could not identify, I tried calling them 12 times and got no answer.I paid $29 that included my meal and son's meal and doordash! I still wound up with nothing to eat.
By far the worst restaurant, staff was extremely rude. So I guess they call they self cheating the clock that shows how long it takes for each car. So they make you order and sit back at the order board until the food is done. Which is a total waste of time. I wouldn't suggest you go here to feed a dog
The Popeye's on W. Eight mile Rd. needs more mature people to wait on customers. My experience with them today was horrible. The young lady couldn't get my order right because she wasn't listening. She doesn't have people skills and doesn't know how to talk to customers. I won't be patronizing that one anymore. Takes too long to get your order taken and the service is just lousy.
