I spent 1/2 Hour in a drive thru to get two drumsticks and a biscuit "Mild" and left with a "Breast" because --->"That's alll they had that was "Mild"<---... at 7:30pm!!!... .. .
POPEYEs on Grand River. 7/11/2022 Monday after I left choir rehearsal 910pm was in drive thru. These unprofessional people made about 15 cars wait in line until 10pm. Being unapologetic a female only says "we closed" now, I've waited in line almost an hour to hear "we closed" and as I drive around to the window there is a kid already cleaning up and no one at the drive thru window because they knew they were TOTALLY WRONG. I am letting all my Soldiers, choir members and over 1300 friends know NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. And, because of the rudeness and disrespect of my time. I won't be going to any Popeyes ever again. Would have spent 65.00 dollars....imagine losing customers paying that type of money. Grand River Popeyes needs to be shut down
Wow! 45 minutes waiting! People who were waiting in the drivethru was told to com inside just to wait even longer! This store needs help asap! And there over 10 employees here so not having enough help is NOT an excuse! Poor management.
Food be Good when I go , but @ 10am they never ready to open, half the time. The employees just be sitting in the parking lot.
When I arrived at the restaurant I was told that my food was not ready because they ran out of the chicken that I ordered they substituted my food with chicken tenders the price is much different and I am very unhappy when I got my food not only was it cold it didn't even taste fresh every time I come to this establishment my food is never right I spent over 40 bucks on my food this time and it's always the same the people in there are very rude they're either on their phone or have an attitude that they're at work please do something about it and the only reason why you guys got to Star is I wouldn't have been able to leave a comment you guys don't need to deserve that one
They have a piece of paper that says cash only and to order at the window the line was out to the street I waited for 30 mins and get to the window they stay they are closed out of chicken and did not have the order I needed to pick up with said it was ready for pickup
What I love about this restaurant is this consistency I've never had a bad experience here they sell fried chicken Louisiana style sides dirty rice macaroni and cheese red beans and rice
My experience here was awful. My chicken wasn't good at all. They mixed old chicken with fresh chicken. Biscuits hard like hockey pucks. NO HONEY. Cashier had an awful attitude. Close it down pls.
I can't get over Popeye's Chicken Sandwich. Out of KFC, McDonald's, Wendy's. Popeye's has the best fried breaded chicken sandwich. Wendy's has the best grilled artisan chicken sandwich but it about $7 bucks right about now. Me and my spouse was one of the last people to try the Popeye's Chicken Sandwich and we must say it's delicious. He get's the spicy and I the regular. It's a treat for us since me and him both love to cook homemade meals. So whenever we're in the mood for a awesome chicken sandwich at an affordable price we go to Popeye's.
Ordered a Family Pack via the website, and I got 8 chicken tenders and some fries. Tried to call them, the phone is disconnected. Support says 24-48 hours to get back in touch with me. This is the worst Popeyes I’ve ever ordered from. Avoid at all costs.
