The girl who took our drive thru order was horrible and rude and the store was shabby and filthy even the glass and the doors just nasty. I wouldn't eat there again if I go back there
The female employee was upset at my questions about the menu and the fact that I needed mild chicken. I didn't receive any dipping sauce for the tenders. When I got to the window the employee behind her was leaning all over the counters playing with a cell phone. The sandwich I ordered was great and the frozen lemonade is awesome.
Staff especially the young lady that takes & hands the dayshift orders is so charming and professional. It's a fast food resturaunt with 5 Star service! Never disappointed!
I was not given what I ordered, the employees just wasting Popeyes money. I ordered 2 combos with regular lemonade and I was given strawberry lemonade. I ordered a 3 piece dark and got a leg, wing and thigh. When I opened my mashed potatoes it looked like someone else had already ate some.
Saturday May 14, 2021 1pm black manager black staff attitude but the manager was rude nasty unbelievably unprofessional and unnecessary waited in drive thur line over an hour got to the window for this (“ we ain’t got no wings and I don’t know how long it’s gone be and we ain’t substituting nothing” then said it’s a shortage on wings) this was the manager she stated because I asked and asked for corporate she wouldn’t give that “go on line and get it. If this is all you can hire just shut it down but before that FIRE that so call manager and try to salvage your Franchise but by looking at your reviews you won’t last long
Customer service is horrible.They give you old food then when u try to return it they say they need a manager for refund, but she ant here. Big scam
Frankly it's amazing how much a really simple order can be screwed up. Honestly, I'm impressed.Ordered a 3 piece (spicy) with rice & beans and a Coke.First of all--they were out of Coke. On a Saturday at noon. I had to sub a Fanta Orange instead.The chicken I got was NOT spicy. However, somehow I ended up with 4 pieces instead of 3. AND no biscuit! Seriously, biscuits are the best part of Popeye's so that bums me out. I would have easily traded that extra piece of chicken for a biscuit.The rice and beans was correct though. Bravo!The drive thru guy was polite, but quality control is definitely lacking.
The food is good just customer service need improvement ladies have big attitude not very nice very rude. Drive thru is terrible long lines long waiting don't think they had chicken ready had to wait 30 minutes
I go in, wait in line for 15 minutes (only 2 people ahead of me one of which being a doordasher), order my shrimp and have to wait for them to fry more. I'm pescatarian, I talked about being pescatarian while in the line. She puts two chicken tenders in the box because I had to wait for it. I handed them to the lady I waited in line with. Unacceptable.
Slooowwwww.. They take one order every 10 min, no chicken is ready you have to wait, they want you to go behind the pole , rude attitudes. The food was fresh and hot.
