The worst service ever.. they wouldn’t take my at drive thru after waiting, then instructed me to come inside and place my order cash only.. I watched the drive thru person take other orders.. When I asked for a receipt I was refused and they gave me a paper with without any cost or totals so I think they’re stealing here
This Popeye's on livernois and Doris,Never have anything. They don't even tell you that they don't have certain items before you order. They take your then you have to figure out that they don't have it. And they won't let you substitute for there mishap. It's not my fault that y'all don't Never have anything! This is my final and last time coming ??
It's a heavy set young lady that works there she is horrible customer service is horrible customers standing there in line waiting for service she's sitting there worried about the guy next to her count counting his drawer money all in the other employees business started helping the customers in the lobby get the line down fast and efficiently she was horrible taking. Her Time with the customers the study sheet getting the line down and service the customers timely and efficiently where's the manager at of Popeyes who knows???
The cashier today , in this location, was very rude. We gave the order and wanted to add some extra things, she ignored us and called her through the speaker for several time but she continued to do the same. We decided to talk to her from the window, she pretended not hearing us…. Very bad behaviour
Not from Detroit, so I guess I chose the wrong location. The chicken was EXTREMELY greasy. The customer service was very unprofessional, and the constant bickering between the two or three employees was unacceptable. I will never come to this location again.
I ordered on the Popeyes app and during my check out I selected drive-thru as my pickup option since I would not be able to get out of the car. I wait in the Drive-Thru along with the other customers. I get to the speaker and I'm told at the drive-thru speaker that I have to come in to pick up my order. I let the person know that I am unable to come inside. I am then told that I have to come inside there are no other options for me besides for coming inside or not getting my food. I asked how do I request a refund and I'm told that I have to do that on the app. At first they seemed to think that I was a delivery person for doordash or GrubHub, I politely let them know that I was not and that I ordered on the Popeyes app and that pick up through drive-thru was an option that I was given that worked for me. Another gentleman got on the speaker to speak with me and at first he was just aggressive then he yelled at me reiterating that I needed to come inside to pick up ANY online order NO MATTER WHAT APPLICATION WAS USED. He let me know that since he has been there, online orders were fulfilled inside and he was not going to hold up the drive-thru fulfilling online orders. Disappointing customer service situation especially since there were no signs posted around the building, on the drive thru speaker, or anywhere else stating that online orders had to be picked up inside. There was nothing in the Popeyes app that stated online orders needed to be picked up inside for this location either. I could not get out of my car that is why I selected drive thru for pick up. So I was left there with no food, no immediate refund and now I'm waiting to hear back from corporate.
I always have the worse service here I ordered a 3pc chicken and the chicken was so old and cold I had to spit it out LITERALLY then I turn back and tell them my fries was cold and my sprite was water down they had me wait for 30min NEVER COME HERE WORSE POPEYES EVER I SWEAR ..if u do check everything before u pull off
I love popeyes but if you decide to eat here be prepared to wait for atleast a hour, make sure you got enough gas in your car if you're going thru the drive, and be prepared for whatever you ordered to be not available when you get to the window.
I ordered fish sandwiches original but I got spicy not knowing until got home. The sandwiches are large and good
They are getting Really lazy here. They messed up our last order twice in 1hr! They still didn't have any sides in over a month. Sometimes they would atleast have fries and mashed potatoes (but who don't sell those go to staples?) The chicken my be hot almost every time I got mine but that's the only benefit right now. If they are going to close shop (I don't know this I'm just saying since they've been about what selections of food this community have in that restaurant) then they should let us know and just do it!
