My coworkers and myself decided to go here for lunch today and they messed our order up 3 times. We only get a 30 min lunch and wasted it messing around with them. After going back up there the last time, we tried to get a couple of Strawberry cheesecakes for accommodations but they refused and claimed they didn't have none ready. Didn't even at least offer something else as a good gesture. Just horrible customer service all around. We won't be going back.
Employees always rude and parking lot always flooded
The manager that helped me was so helpful she took my order over the phone because I'm a trucker can't pull through the drive around she had a since of pride like she owned the place herself I liked that she also told me that there would be no problems with them accommodating me in the future. Cold mashed potatoes made me mad good chicken and every since no other manager has been willing to help so she was a diamond in the rough
Went here to pick up an order from uber eats and the staff here was so rude. Last must think she own the place and the guy must have been mad i was not a guy also. Never been here before and will never return
I went to Popeyes to try their new fish sandwiches. I ordered as I was leaving for the restaurant; when I arrived at the drive-thru, the person who completed my order was exceptionally pleasant and solicitous - that'll bring me back!
Popeyes is a very popular restaurant so of course its always crowded and there is always a wait.Outside of that, staff was courteous and the food was freshly prepared.
They don’t ever answer the phone and when they do they hang up in your face. They don’t even say hello or nth. On top of that I’ve Been waiting 1 and a half hours for my food and they still keep hanging up in my face even after my 3rd time calling????? DON’T ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!!!
I had my first Popeyes chicken sandwich here today and it was amazing. I'm not sure what was better the macaroni and cheese or the sandwich lol but also the staff was amazing as well!
Terrible I waited in line for a good 15 minutes or more and when I got the food the chicken was overcooked and I didn't even get my fries.
The time it took to even place an order was horrible. By the time I got my wings the food was below warm.So, I could have grew my own flock of birds and floured, seasoned and fried. Just ridiculous
