Hello I had a unfavorable customer service experience with. a Phone order taker at 8:10 pm on 6/17/22. This was my 1st time using their carry out phone option service. I was in midst of my phone Order and asking questions about egg foo young items when the restaurant employee yell 3 times at me asking what sizes and ended call. I call back immediately when the receiver picked up the phone. I told her u hung up on me u can't be rude to customer like that. the receiver began yelling again at me. I ended the call. I will never use their service again.
They raised the prices but the quality of the food has gone down. The guy they have working the register has no social or customer service skills at all. ??
I ordered egg foo yung meal. They gave me enough food for 2 people. It came with "shrimp fried rice" and an egg roll. I saw all the great reviews so I decided to try it out. I just moved here and am looking for great places to eat. This place definitely will NOT be on my list. I can honestly say that was some of the worst Chinese food I have ever had. The building is run down. The service was terrible, the prices were high and most of all the food was TERRIBLE. Their idea of shrimp fried rice is some rice that was coated with some dark substance and topped with unseasoned boiled or steamed shrimp. It looked like the rice had been cooked days ago and just kept warm. How this place has a 4 star rating is beyond me. I will NEVER go there again. I'm getting nauseated just thinking of it. If I could give it a one half star I would. The only redeeming quality was the amount of food they give you. Other than that it is a definite NO for me.
They have the most amazing food! The woman that takes the orders and deals with the customers is pretty funny/rude. Don't be offended, she treats everyone the same - lol. So glad I found this place. We won't go anywhere else for Chinese!!
Huh I'm not going to lie the food is exceptional but dang the customer service just sucks but truly hilarious at the same time. If you will be entertained by a little Asian woman snapping at you and tossing you aside when you're trying to decipher the menu or just not sure how to order then this is for you. I say it's hilarious because when I'm watching her do it to someone else it just so dang funny but when it's done to me not so much.But, again the food is fantastic so I'm not saying don't go, but I am saying be prepared for the little spit fire behind the glass?
We really enjoy eating here. And the portions are great!

Best Chinese food in Detroit but the old chick at the front desk has the worst attitude. When you call to order, her English is so broken and attitude horrible that she hangs up on mostly all callers. Try and see for yourself. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Won’t be back. Fired the old chick ASAP.
You get alot of food for a low price...But she has a smart mouth.... hang up on...she'll band you for mths from coming back if you get smart with her.. lolBut you will keep going back..BECAUSE THE FOOD IS GOOD
Best Chinese spot in Detroit. I have not been to another establishment that you get great fried rice and entree and it's all good❗ I've lived in Detroit 48 years and I'd travel across the city just to eat here. The owner when she speaks, speaks aggressively and seems rude but she's harmless.
