There was a discrepancy where I was told I placed a order and did not pick it up I was on my way to work I was told I cannot have a order placed over the phone I have to come in and order it I went in and found out that two different people told me I place the order over the phone and when I got there they put my name in the phone and found out that was not me I ordered a pizza and the amount of toppings they put on the pizza and charge you a dollar fifty for each one is ridiculous
Do not order here. The girl repeated a totally different order even the price was different. They messed up 75% of my order then told me there was nothing they could do and told me to not order there again cause they weren't fixing my problem. I've gotten burnt pizza from here, pizza with hair in it, but I still gave chance after chance. Their boss is rude and doesn't care about quality or customer service. My order was messed up a credit would've been nice. Or at least a free fix.
So this is what I got cheese and bread no pizza sauce at all. I ordered a pepperoni and cheese pizza with chicken they put literally 3 pieces of chicken on it then I called the manager and she said I couldn't get a new pizza or a refund. Mind you I was sharing with my co worker and she got 2 pieces . So she said because to many was missing she cant do anything really.Never ever will I order from here again and with the way she handled things she dont need to be in customer service.
Honestly the pizza was amazing but after I ate it I got sick on the stomach and became very I'll the next day. Matter of fact I became so ill that I was unable to go to work or school the day after eating for about a week. I'm unsure if this was due to the pizza or if I just have a weak stomach but because the pizza tasted decent and because the environment was almost fully covid friendly 3 out of 5 stars.
I was shocked, but the Italian sub and fries ? were awesome probably the best Italian sub that I have ever eaten and the fries were cooked perfect. I'm not exaggerating BUT IT WAS GOOD. . I've been back 4 times now in a month. It's that DAMN Italian sub it keeps calling me and it's a toasted sub... awesome. You really need to try them.. their pizza ?is really dang good too.
First time ordering from them. Been in this neighborhood for years. Delivery was quick and pizza was AMAZING. Dough is tasty, sauce is tasty. Toppings generous and not garbage. Bye bye Jet’s Midtown. You won’t be getting another red penny from me ever.
I love how they remodeled really nice the only thing I didn't like is I had to pass all the beers and the wines before I could get to the juices and the pops I didn't like that in most stores the juices and the pops is what you get to first in this store would it be in a large store you see all the a beer and wine that's not cool they did have a wide selection of a little bit of everything like a mini grocery store very convenient they also had a deli they had fresh cooked food and that was awesome it was very clean
I wouldnt even give it a star at all. Bad customer service, very disrespectful Manager. The delivery man didn’t even bring my food , after i told him that was the wrong location.
My pizza was burnt. The stuff was cursing and hanging out talking about personal stories very loud....
