Meh. This was my Caesar salad that comes with the family meal (post crouton removal)... hopefully the sandwiches are better.
I wonder if the staff at this location is overworked. Maybe I am wrong but I kind of expect "Starbucks" like customer service from Panera. I feel I get cafeteria service. No smiles from the staff, no welcome greeting. The soda machine never works, and when I told the staff I was ignored. Food is continually late when ordered online.
Today I ordered a frontega chicken sandwich with all of its original ingredients and this is what I received. :(
Veryyy very great service I had no problems at this location the view is amazing the orange mint tea really hit the spot as well as the broccoli cheddar soup bowl !
Easily the best Panera experience I’ve ever had. Staff was friendly, efficient, and interactive above and beyond normal customer service, and, my food was hot, not overdone as I’ve had at other locations, and came up faster than most McDonalds can even expedite food.
I am a member of the Sip Club. I love Panera. But the new Asian Noodle Salad should not have cabbage.. It needs more romaine lettuce even red leaf lettuce. No snow peas, no bean sprouts, no side soup that would compliment it. Like Miso soup or Asian vegetable soup or wonton soup.I think yesterday I decided to get 2 Asiago.Bagels. please update Asian salad some more. Thank you very much!
SO I placed an order for a meeting around 9:30a online with delivery between 1230p and 1245p. I was charged. Food was running late which i understand due to a large event. I called back and they said it would be an hour before my food was made. again, understandable. the problem is, I never received my food. Panera stopped answering my calls. i finally got someone on the phone who was checking on the order and then I was hung up on. it is now 3:50p, still no contact from Panera and no food. How disappointing.
The young lady working the register (Lizzy) was amazing. She was extremely helpful and friendly. I sat there for over two hours working on my laptop and she was pleasant with every person she waited on. Even to the people that weren’t very nice to her. She’s a gem! Treat that girl right because she’s a keeper!
Mike at the Ren Cen location is PHENOMENAL! He is always punctual, personable, extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of Panera Bread and our office LOVES working with Mike. Although I know he's on the road with deliveries, he is always patient and makes Absolutely CERTAIN our order is correct. We are SO happy to have Mike on Panera Bread's staff. Thank you Mike?
The entire company of Panera Bread should be thankful for the young woman at the cash register. She was new but held the place down in a time where demand was high and supply was low. With two loaves of bread & a smiling remaining, this young lady delivered the news to well over 200 parents and dancers that they could not provide their first choice order. This restaurant was trashed & undersupplied during the time of a large convention. Over the years, unfortunately, Panera Bread's across Michigan are becoming impersonal and more like teenage hangout spots.
