Great service by Alexis!! Appetizers were awesome and the drinks even better!!!
If there was an option for negative stars I would have chose it. I sat down at this P.F. Changs location in the bar area. I had 2 drinks and ordered to go food after my flight was canceled and had to spend the night in Detroit. I was approached by a woman in her 50's who seemed to be the bar manager or head bartender. She had lighter colored hair and the worst attitude you could imagine. Instantly rude and asking what I needed. Long story short by the end of the 2 drinks myself and another person on my flight went to pay with vouchers the airport had given us. Bartender says "next time you see Delta tell them we don't appreciate the vouchers and don't want them. We then shared a few words and she told me she hopes I trip on the way out. Terrible hospitality and rudeness to the max. Thanks!
Not bad..tried various dishes not really tasty and too much oily... overall ok
Paid way to much for bland, greasy noodles that smelled of rotten broccoli. The portions sizes are great but what’s the point if the dish is inedible? I commend the wait and hostess staff for their kind manners even while being swamped with customers.
The Mongolian Beef with brown rice is a great dinner to order with your favorite beverage. We can not wait till they have the Sea Bass Dinner put back on the menu available again with the Pork Pot Stickers. Wonderful Food!
Quick 10 minute line to get in. Got refills on our drinks!! Great service by Alexander. He got us our appetizer fast and accommodated my special request to have no peanuts in the Kung Pao. I don’t think I’ve had a better experience at a restaurant at an airport not to mention a normal PF changs! This was delightful and I can’t wait to fly through the Detroit airport again. This is a well run business!!
The food is alright, its not bad, you can switch sauces between dishes which make then taste better, hell you can even mix them. Which makes for great surprises on your taste buds. The staff is great.. when they want to be. Thats all I got.
PF Chang’s is not my favorite restart, but I was traveling with a coworker with a food allergy and this was the only food option they were comfortable eating at. We grabbed lunch during our layover. I ordered a cup of egg drop soup and an Asian Caesar Salad with added chicken. The salad was drowning in dressing and what tasted like Kraft parmesan cheese. The amount of dressing and cheese was overwhelming. The soup was better than the salad. I feel it couldn’t done without the crunchy strips on top. I do appreciate all the calories listed on the menu. The service was fast and accurate. Also no issues giving us separate checks.
Today Mar14, I got a shrimp fried rice 16$ bowl at 3.17 pm and ran to get on the flight, turned out the rice is undercooked. So disappointed! Get it right! it is one of the foundation of asian food.Updated: I sent the complaint to their company and got my money back so I brought the star up to 4 because they acknowledged and refunded me.
Had the shrimp lo mein and it was very good with lots of nice size shrimp cooked perfectly. Staff was fast and friendly. Great place to eat.
