Today July 2, 2022. I just left from up there. Called a order in, go inside to pick up my order and there are 5 men waiting. Behind the counter are 2 waitresses…. One standing there and the other arguing with the cook. Going back and forth calling each other B words. He telling her to get the F out, she saying she not going no where….. another 5 minutes of name calling until he finally calls the owner and the owner tells the waitress she has to go…. So now it’s really name calling and the cook tells her, “I’ll be a b word, but you fired with no job.” ??♀️ Then the other waitress starts taking orders ?. Very unprofessional, but at least the food was hot and fresh.
Me and my dad went up there and I told the girl with the long black and blonde hair my order after she ask me what would I like to order I told her and she asked me again after she put her phone down and was playing with her hair
Two unprofessional needs to take a job and being a cook or chef more serious every time I come there and I keep giving it a shot it's always a bad experience
I just came here for the first time yesterday on May 22nd, 2022 and had a pretty good experience. Now on May 23rd, around 11:40 Pm, I tried to call to place an order and when some woman picked up the phone while I was in the middle of placing my order… I heard a angry sounding male in the background telling her “Didn’t I just tell you not to pick up the phone?!!!” And the lady said I just answered the call, then he told her to hang it up, then she literally just hung up on my face! I’m extremely confused. I’m speechless and loss from words. I’m not sure who that guy was but wow I hope that’s not her boyfriend or the manager because that was extremely unprofessional and ghetto.
I waited an hour for a gross burned Philly, cheese fries( I ordered chili cheese fries), and a chicken salad. All of it gross and they take forever for the simplest food!
Friendly window server, but they are very stingy on napkins, ketchup etc, coney dogs and fries was on point
Service very slow. The cook did not start preparing my order for 10 minutes and had to be reminded by the waitress that I was waiting. The food was good though.
March 26 2022 I waited in line I was told she couldn’t take my order for 15-20 minutes so I waited then 30 minutes passed and I was told it was still a 15-20 minute wait so I decided to place a order on doordash while in drive through I was given a 15 minute pick up time so I drove around and told her I had a doordash order she then yelled and said look I don’t care what that app say if I don’t push this button and say it’s ready then it’s not ready and then she walked off and ignored me . Literally the worst customer service experience ever and then they expect tips with attitudes like that smh
It's pretty good, just lacking in flavor. I feel like I paid $3 for something that I could have got in a can for $1.
Too expensive for the quality of the food. The food is fine not special. The service is dependent on who's working. The combination of food and service makes the cost inexplicable.
