Super friendly service and absolutely delicious food! We will be coming again, for sure! Fried chicken is juicy and tasty, cornbread is perfection, (we bought extra to bring home), mac and cheese is sooooo yummy! We can't wait to try out the desserts next time!
Best cat fish I have ever eaten. Really enjoyed the Mac and cheese and the cabbage. I would love to try the greens but was afraid since they didn’t use meat what the flavor would be like. Since this was my first time here I was worried and had so many options. The sweet potato pie was good. Chocolate cake was good but I don’t care for their frosting . Very sweet. Also do not my potato salad sweet. So I would never get that. My friend had the pork chops and she said they are bomb as well!! I might do one of each next time. Definitely will try the yams. I will definitely drive over an hour to eat here. I do not understand why people are not lined up outside to get in!!!
Best catfish I have ever had in my life! Very thin, yet hugely flavorful, crispy crust wraps a perfectly cooked catfish filet. The flavor is so good, you don’t need a sauce. But if you do get a sauce, Nana’s sauce was so good!!!!! :) The sides were amazing too! Potato salad was delish! Candied yams were like dessert. Can’t wait to go back.

the customer service is so bad. the two ladies just talk with no stop ignoring the customers for almost 40 minutes

Went to Nana's Southern Kitchen in Covington for lunch today. Fabulous! Not fancy, but between all of us we tried almost everything on the menu, and it was all great! Not a single dish I wouldn’t order again.
Amazing, and warm greeting as soon as we walked in the door. The food was more delicious than we expected. The owner “Todd” even shared with us the backstory of “why” he opened the restaurant. I highly recommend this authentic soul food spot if you’re visiting the Seattle area. You will not be disappointed.

Still in a food coma as I type. I randomly found this place on Google, and clicked on the website. I thought it was just a catering place, but it's a restaurant as well. I ordered the lunch combo- fried chicken. It's FOUR pieces of the best fried chicken I have ever tasted in my life. A side (I got the mac and cheese) The mac and cheese was scratch made and out of this world. It also comes with a slice of home made pie that made me scream it was so good. For TEN DOLLARS. If you can eat this whole meal in one sitting, feel proud. Can't wait to try something else!
