The customer service is STELLAR! The gentleman at the counter makes all customers feel welcome and appreciated. I called in my order, when I walked in the door, I was robustly and cheerfully greeted by, "Is this Ms. Henderson?" I appreciated that!My order was ready and it was packaged carefully no leaks. The meal was very good. I'd go back just for the customer service!
I know I should’ve not been in there when I smelled spoiling fish, but I was sooo hungry. I took my pickerel dinner to where I was gonna eat it and when I opened the plastic tray, it smelled a bit off, but I ate it with plenty of tartar sauce and hot sauce. I ignored the scent and I noticed as I chewed that the fish was dry and not as flavorful and tender as when I make it at home. The fries and coleslaw (were good - but I am never going back. It seems Mr. Fish has new owners who haven’t learned the business yet. And the 7-up cake was 4 days old and crumbled as I opened it - it wasn’t fresh, either.
This place has served good fish dinners ever since I could remember. Highly recommend ??
Almost always to date, the fish is old and over cooked. Gave them several tries and I continue to get the same quality of fish. I’m officially done as a customer.
I used to love this place, but the last couple of times , the cod has been on rubbery side. Also when I called it in, they said it would be 20 mins. I waited over a half hour after getting there.
Fish was ok... use to b better... Guy was talking 2 much for me.... just do yr job brooo....
Mr. Fish is under new management and the Fried shrimp is still plump & juicy! Ty! The place has always been kept clean and odorless. The prices are steep and always has been pre-covid. Whiting sandwich is delish as well! Go by, see what you like and see for yourself.
I spent $48 dollars on food Yesterday and it was horrible…. I ordered a pound of shrimp and they still had $h!t in them and was very soggy.. my fries wasn’t done and under cooked. The ten piece wings horrible soggy under cooked it was just a mess all around MR. Fish use to be my fav spot new owners terrible food don’t waste your time or money??????????
Excellent never had any issues with this restaurant the food is excellent everybody and their mama goes to this fish restaurant
