This was my very first visit, and the service here was friendly, professional, clean and fast.Those 3 young ladies showed such a great job in running this restaurant. I definitely will be coming back mainly because of the positive experience & then the good food ? . Just make sure you have cash as well vs just card on hand lol.
I absolutely love the food here, however they need to work on customer service and professionalism.They are never open at the time listed on their website. They offer a lunch special from 11am until 3pm, however are not even open during those times. I've been to the 7 Mike store at 12 1 and 3pm only to find the restaurant closed. This really takes away from the terrific food and makes you not want to make the trip out. Please get your customer service and professionalism in order.
Very nice and clean establishment The food on display always looks fresh and good. The cashier and workers are pleasant and sweet young ladies. The food is as close to Grandma's cooking as you can get. The macaroni and is on point loaded with cheese on top and inside. The cabbage and greens alone will bring u back. I recommend you try the fried chicken wings, breast, pork chops, turkey chops &_meatloaf. It's all good, this my official designated spot for lunch and dinner through out the week. Try it once. You will be hooked.
Omg!! Went there today and got a Soul Food Dinner PERFECT IM THE TYPE THAT SEASONS BEFORE TRYING GUESS WHAT I NEVER TOUCHED THE SEASONING AT ALL EVERY ITEM I GOT HAD THE RIGHT TOUCHES OF SEASONING ALREADY COOKED INTO THE FOOD . Ty MR B COOKS JUST AWESOME!!!
Food taste like Arabic liquor store people cooked it …. Need to replace all the afternoon staff … you can tell whoever hired them don’t really care about they own business … if you rewind the camera back to March 10th around 3-5pm the one light skin girl got a complaint from a customer cuz she made the wrong meal and the customer brings the meal back after she had left … ain’t no telling if that lady ate out her food or what but the worker literally in front of me and other customers took the meal out the container and mixed with the other fresh food that’s how people get sick and I will never eat here again
My experience Some days are better then some I think this company needs a little more training The food is good I believe the company needs more training on sanitation far as the employees sometimes the food is salty sometimes the food is not done sometimes they will put food out from the day before Other than what I said I rate the company with a four because I have believe in the company to do better
The food was good, but they ran out of lot of what I wanted. They typically stay packed so that could be the reason. Will go back, just in hope that they have all food available.
My husband and I have gotten food from there several times and the food is good. We will be back.
GREAT FOOD- TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICEIf it wasn't for the food being good they would have gotten 1 star. The crazy part is it's the same girl with the red hair working the register that does it for me every time. ( PLEASE take her away from interacting with people- I heard other customers complaining/talking about her attitude while I waited)This is my second time going to this restaurant and the only reason that I come here when I touch down from Texas is that the food is amazing. Now granted I'm from here and I know there are plenty of places to get soul food from; but, I do honestly like their food. Thank God for the other staff members; them being polite almost made up for my horrible experience with her. Play to people strengths- hers is not customer-facing customer service at all!
Everything was good except the extra 2 pieces of fried chicken was not cooked hard enough. I will put them in my air fryer tomorrow. This was my first time ordering from here.
