The pizza was to die for! We got the fungi & it was the bomb. Service was great too. I didn't care for the loud Elton John music playing the entire time.
This was my first time visiting and I must say I am impressed!!!!!! This has to be the best pizza I have had in my 44 years of life lol, next to Paris, France and downtown Chicago. Staff is very friendly and courteous. I suggest going during the afternoon, this restaurant is very popular and it can get busy.
I usually love Mootz however, I do usually sit down to eat there. This was my first time getting take out I would not do it again. The garlic knots are my favorite but not today. They tasted old, dry, and just not good. Definitely not worth $12.Would of course go back but only for sit down not carry out.
One of our favorite places to stop and have lunch when we are in town. The meat balls are huge as an appetizer. I love their library salad and the small is still to much for me. Service is always great even when they are busy.
Great pizza for after a Tigers game or just relaxing downtown. The sauce has a sweet taste to it. Food came out hot and drinks came out cold!
This place is really awesome for some NY-style pizza. The pizza was really good and this place has an awesome vibe. All the food was delicious. Loved this place. I would recommend to anyone visiting Detroit to go to this place for some good pizza.
I first came here around 2019 and have been thinking about it ever since so I FINALLY had someone with me who was also in the mood for pizza, but not your average pizzas. They have the quality ingredients that not everyone carries, one of my favorites, prosciutto!! If you find yourself in The Belt, stop in!
Very good pizza went to the carry out for a slice of cheese. Was exploring downtown and went in. Got 2 go kind islands not worth it. Will be back for more pizza and to dine in at the restaurant/bar.
Great service, appetizers and solid pizza. Their use of honey on various dishes is worth trying
My family had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday with some scrumptious food today ! The garlic knots, cheese bread, 2 specialty pizzas and 1 made to order were perfection! Love the crust. We also had a pasta dish that was delectable! The service was excellent and very friendly. And I was surprised with some tiramisu that was the best we ever had! We for sure will come back for more!
