I got the meatloaf, green beans, and Mac... Its horrible. My meatloaf isn't done all the way, Mac is dry, green beans are as if they trying to give yu a heart attack. SALTY. Tried to call and get my money back or even jus to complain and no answer on the phone... Her and her sisters should try another business if this is the quality of all their food.
So terrible I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog and terrible customer service. Don’t waste your time or money.
I frequent a lot of Soul Food joints in the city...and let me say this, this place has the best Baked Beans and Mac N Cheese I've ever had. The beans had ground beef in them and we're just delicious, I should have ordered two sides of them. The Mac and cheese is gooey, cheesey and on point. Only reason for the 4 stars and not 5, is because the pork chops were way too salty, they were cooked perfectly and a great size..but were too salty for me. I'll be back though.
One of the best dinners I’ve had in a while. We ordered half a rack of ribs and the three piece chicken dinner. We got mac & cheese, collards, rice and beans, and dressing. It came with a side of corn bread wrapped individually. Everything was just fantastic. I really liked the collard greens.
I ordered a beef short rib dinner and my total was 24 dollars. The food was delicious but the prices are extremely high. I thought this dinner would be 15 dollars. The ribs were fall off the bone tender.
Left there an hour or so ago..Just ate my dinner. Look if you want REAL soul food look no further. Just like out of mama's kitchen not the commercialized version of what the culture is ...it has flavor and substance and gives you the feeling that you just ate at HOME... I would take a picture but it would be an empty food container...should have thought of that prior to demolishing my food...If you are on a diet avoid that place!! I will be back....PERIOD
The Chicken and turkey chops were seasoned beautifully. The Mac and cheese was good. I enjoyed the corned bread as well.
I love these people. I go at least once a week and they never disappointed me. Love it. Try the steak bites

The food is delicious. I order at least twice a week. Brings memories of my mother and grandmother. Full of SOUL AND LOVE and seasoned to perfection.
