It’s sad they get a 4 out of 5.. but compared to other McDonald’s around the area I had to bump them up a couple stars… I think there saving grace is the hospital next door for some reason… but yeah… often out of condiments, or menu items… staff are like 60/40 good to mediocre ok… but hey, like I said… WAY better than most other MD’s around the area… so best of luck… :)
Worse place ever manager didn't let us in because we were " dirty " i mean we are working outside. We were just trying to get something to eat on our lunch break.
This McDonald's isn't open most of the time during "business hours" and usually messes up orders.
I went this early Saturday morning. The hash browns were soggy and the sandwiches were dry. I asked for jely to which I was told they didn't have any (after I had made my purchase). The service was good but the food was bad. I want to go one time and everything is great.
As a former McDonald’s employee from back in the day. Epworth and Warren store, under Dr W Pickard and Dr Snowden… crew Manager Deborah Green Virgiles who went on to become owner/operator of several stores. This morning I stop for breakfast at the W Grand Blvd store, OMG the worst service ever. I went inside cause drive-thru was on bump. The ladies working in there were so loud and unprofessional.. One worker asked them to bring down, cause its customers in lobby. One reply she received was”im bagged food, they better be happy” just loud and unprofessional for no reason. I was given the wrong order just so I didn’t have to wait any longer. Not sure if there was a manager in store for real. In my experience we always tried to get customer moving quickly as possible. Although we didnt have drive thru back then we got our customers out in a timely fashion. I ordered hotcakes and sausage… in my day they made pancakes on grill not in microwave omg .. all you heard was personal conversations…. So very sad, Even in a Pandemic you should still get good customer service.Let your employees know they are there because they chose the job, Customer deserve better.
Food was fresh and good however my food was incorrect and they gave no cares about how they put you food together. Can I get some sandwich with my mayo please?
Place is the absolute worst ever. I’m not even kidding you. First time trying place I used DoorDash took 5 hours my food came at 3am. Second time I went inside ordered no line, took an hour for two meals. And the last and final time I’m ever going waited at the drive through for a half hour no one, tried calling the phone and no one answered either. Ridiculous
This place has been horrible since its been there. I have nothing positive to say. Every Sunday I pick my granny breakfast up and i always have to pull to wait spot #1 n wait again. This not Coney its not made fresh. Why am I waiting?
HORRIBLE, GHETTO, TRIFE. The people are unprofessional as hell and can't even blend a frappeLet alone get your order right. So upset baoit my order and service I handed everything back to the cashier and pulled off. Just keep my money I cnt even talk to you people. Horrible staff and food
