Was told that they opened the dining area at 7 so I waited fire 30 minutes outside instead of going back home to get my car to drive in the drive thru only for them to tell me that they open the dining room WHENEVER they get some people! HOW ABOUT change your hours to say that you only open when you get more people because wasting anyone’s time will surely create unnecessary stress with off putting employees acting as if you’re not talking to them and shrugging shoulders! Way too early in the morning for that mess! I stay one block away from there and will rather drive elsewhere then to ever go here again

Newly remodeled with less seating available, with most seats occupied by staff on break or doing interviews. Food was fresh and fast. New kiosks were not available.
Ordered a quarter pounder then realized the bread was molded after I had already eaten half!! So gross! Sick to my stomach!!
took an hour to get my food this evening and then get home to see they didn't even make it correct and skipped out on items I paid an extra 5$ for... I am going to be requesting a full refund on my food when I go in and speak with the manager. very unacceptable. trust me I don't want a replacement meal for the mess up as I really don't even like y'all's quality of food like that anyhow. could have kept my money smh... 0/5 stars won't be returning for anything further from y'all but my money back, and this is NOT THE FIRST TIME AT THIS LOCATION!
The front end workers are EXCELLENT and great customer service, food was EXCELLENT!!! But I gave them a three start because the manger( short black lady with tattoos, short hair wears it in short pony tail and shaved )IS ALWAYS DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE TO PEOPLE! Especially if you complain!! in a nice or rude way,it dont matter she comes at people VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL ALWAYS!
The cashier was nice. I have not been here in years traffic was horrible on Woodward dealing with the Q Line and crazy drivers and the flow of the drive thru was horrible. My coffee was suppose to be black when I got to work there was sugar and cream in it I threw it out. I will not be going there again. But the workers were nice.
