It's an okay McDonald's. When I drove up to order, no one said anything, so I had to say "hello" first. Also, the window didn't offer any sauces. Some good things were that the food tasted fresh enough & their bathrooms were very clean!
I have had to wait 20 minutes just to get my order placed. There was nobody at the counter and I did not receive any acknowledgement. I was standing at the counter for 10 minutes and I decided to use the kiosk because they were taking too long. One of the charge machines were down so I used another one. I waited another 10 minutes to receive my order. It is absolutely ridiculous that I have had to wait this long at a McDonald's.Somebody needs to be working the counter taking the orders and another person should be expediting them. It should not take this long to place and receive my order.
If I could give this McDonald's a 0 start rating I totally would. We waited over 20-30 min for our order. The cashier didn't even acknowledge that I was standing there waiting for my food. I finally had to go up to her asking the status of my order. The food wasn't that good either. This is the worst service ever!!!.... Also no TP in the bathroom. I has to ask my husband to get some from the men's room.
Placed an order to be delivered by Doordash this evening, The order was for the triple cheeseburger combo. They didn't give me my beverage or fries they could have just kept the sandwich cause it was pointless to send it. Then had the audacity to seal the bag as if all the items were in it. Now I got a credit on my account towards a future order. It's not always about being compensated. I wanted what I ordered especially when I'm given a receipt displaying what I ordered verses what I actually received. Employees need to double check before passing orders on.
This must be one of the worst McDonald's I have ever been too. Besides the poor service, the outside food window of the drive through was absolutely disgusting! The window sill and wall were covered in old food and drink sediments! The fries were bland, and we never received one of our fries. Never will go back.
Staff had my food ready in time. Area needed a little cleaning and restrooms where cluttered with something ment for lobby area.Bonus male restroom sink area was dirty..
Impolite rushed through our order only to make us wait 20 more minutes for 1 chicken sandwich as the rest of our order got cold. Luckily we had a snicker candy bar for the man in the car. Better workers NEEDED for the pay raise they have received recently!
The service here is horrible the girl servicing the counter has an attitude. Didn't want to give me my right size drink, messed up my order twice and the bun was hard I'm straight on this McDonald's I'll never come to this one again. The manager on the other hand was super straight.
The past 2 times i’ve gone to this mcdonald’s they have missed my order completely and just not given it to me. This is unacceptable and a terrible place to eat when they can’t even listen to your order.
There drive thru line moves a lot faster than it used to. I was there one day last week and ordered 2 egg mac muffins and got 2 sausage muffins. I didn't realize it until I got to work and took my first bite. Luckily, I only worked right around the corner from there and I get to work extra early so I took them back. They didn't apologize for the error or show any goodwill such as giving me a free drink or something else for my troubles. I should have known but it would have been a very pleasant and grateful surprise if they did.
