Terrible customer service. The cashier will overcharge you and be unapologetic about it. She tried to charge me an extra $10. Then got upset when I told her that it was cheaper if I ordered online. The sandwiches were prepared already. So I told her I'd just order my food online and pay that way for the same exact sandwiches. She said they would have to remake the same sandwiches again since I ordered online. They other lady said she'd eat the ones that was made so they don't care. I just left. This location needs to be shut down. Got to the 6 mile location, the food is better amd the people that work there are professional. The 7 mile location will make you hate lous. It's dirty and grimy.
I should've took a picture. Ordered the SUPER Corned beef sandwich...$16.81...Almost $17. The sandwich was a regular sized sandwich. I asked for a refund...it was granted. I was better off going to Motorcity Casino and getting a corned beef sandwich for $12...Not worth it.
Horrible service! Menu items should be available until the restaurant close. NOT based on how the "cook feel". I wanted to place an order tonight and the cashier asked, the cook "are you done with tenders?" To which the cook begin a conversation that prompted me to leave the store, because it shouldn't be a matter of if they done with a menu item, when the restaurant is open and the item is available. SMH...
Still great tasting sandwiches. But so. Much smaller compared to back in the day. Be prepared to break a $20 to be satisfied.
Great service from little lady cashier&a nice dreadheaded lady made sure all of our food was prepared properly bcuz we had VERY SPECIAL&SPECIFIC ORDERS&she doubled checked them&was pleasant&was not attitudal about our SPECIFIC REQUESTS????
I usually go on Greenfield and 9 mile and will continue to do so. I'm not sure what I paid $13 for, I ordered a corn beef on onion roll with Swiss, the onion roll is a extra .90, it was not enough meat. I know the cost has gone up on everything, I paid $13 for a sandwich, under any circumstances there should've been enough meat. The service was extremely slow, I called my order in and waited at least 15-20 minutes.
I can't believe what they've done to my Childhood Memories ?. Order a Pastrami Sandwich straight processed cold cuts. On soft Bread. Where they do that at!

The wait was long but the food was definitely worth it. The roast beef sandwich was delicious. I can’t wait to try it again.

We placed an order online at THEIR website, only to show up and it is closed!Even on Google Maps, it says it's open, but on your sign outside y'all are CLOSED.How terrible is it that y'all don't care about your restaurant enough to keep your opening hours up to date?
