Salad was ok the pieces where haphazardly thrown together. Large chunks of chicken, cucumbers, tomatoes. Suggest better prepared and presentation covered up definitely a surprise.
Leos coney island food was great and fast. It was a great taste of American dishes. Order the burger and onion rings.
Friendly staff. Bought some take away drinks and food and could sit in the restaurant, didn't realize this until I sat down.. Was not a problem.
Cheap but extremely delicious. Can get an entire meal for under $16. Can’t beat it. =^.^=
I work in the airport we get thirty minute lunches. No way to order ahead so we can have time to eat. I waited 12 minutes to the side for an omelette came back to see if it was ready, stood there for 25 minutes just for her to hand me a bag that was behind her the whole 25 minutes. Worst place to ever order food if you don’t have much time. And like I said I work in the airport so don’t believe the hype of the 1 to 2 times they actually had fresh and quick food. This is an everyday thing for them.
Delicious coney dogs, burgers, fries, salad, fish and lots more. No worries if you are in a pinch to catch a flight, Service is Fast and Friendly. Food is Great. Views of the planes and runways from your booth. Very enjoyable experience.
I would not recommend this establishment at all. I work at the airport and frequent a lot of the restaurants. It’s a shame when the poor customer service given by the one of the supervisors is main reason for customers not returning. There is a young supervisor with green and bluish colored hair that has the most horrible attitude that you could have for someone serving the public in the mornings. I’ve talked to my colleagues and was not surprised to discover that they have had similar experiences with this particular supervisor. The food is expensive, the wait time is long and there’s constant confusion on which side of the counter that they’re taking orders or delivering orders. I ordered a salad that took 12 minutes to receive while on a limited break with no apologies given for the wait. Thanks to their less than stellar management today will be my last time being a patron at this location. So if you like being greeted with a smile, or if you’re in a rush and you’re looking for some great customer service at a reasonable price this location is not the one to visit The establishment really should consider some coaching of their supervisors because at this point it will definitely impact their business long-term
REPULSIVE and absolutely nauseating customer service from the management staff. I have NEVER witnessed a waitress or waiter receive such disrespect and embarrassment from their “manager” in my entire life. When an issue was presented to the manager AND the general manager, not only was my issue not resolved in any way shape or form, my server was treated in a way that was utterly disgraceful. I honestly don’t know how this establishment is capable of having a wait staff as it is! I have every intention of escalating my experience to the highest extent possible!There is no justification for the way that my server was treated and disrespected, right in front of us. I will never return to this establishment nor will I ever suggest or promote this place.
Airport travels must be angry and hard to please. Food was fresh and very good, service excellent and fast. Can’t ask for more from a restaurant in an airport.
Terrible!!!So I grabbed my sandwich and salad and while heading towards the tables to sit and eat before my flight departs , an emloyee was like : did you buy them as a carry out ?? Cuz you can’t sit here , anywhere else in the airport is okay but here is a dine in .So they separated them ?? A dine in and a carry out?? Do they think they’re in the downtown center of Detroit or what???? DINE IN!!!? Should we call for a reservation next time?? .. how ridiculous !I’ve traveled in like a hundred airports and I’ve never seen something like this or treated in such a terrible way!!! It’s like telling you to Grab your stuff and get yourself outta here !! And eat on the floor if you have to !!The tables were literally EMPTY of costumers and I ended up eating on a seat at the gate and the food was terrible as well.. that’s shameful
