I'll give them 4 stars but I recommend going in to order. The corn beef egg rolls where awesome and so where the fries. Just disappointed on the sub. Ordered the reaper with jalapeno and extras and seemed like it was nothing but meat, lettuce and ?. Not even spicy at all. I honestly added extra reaper hot sauce to get the taste. But over all I would order from there again. Not your run of the mill subway for sure.
Used to love coming here when this location first opened. The food looks good but tasted very mediocre and the staff look like they hate being there.
What's the point of placing an order? If you don't want to be disappointed, go in and tell them to just make you something.Not one item in the order was correct, but we sure as hell were charged for them. I take it back, they got the onion rings right, but they burnt them so there's that. Not one customer in the store either.Do yourself a favor, park and go next door to Wing Stop. I believe paying for a product and not receiving it is called theft?I placed an order, asked for the order to be canceled and refunded, but the man over the phone refuses to refund me, but also didn't make the meal that was ordered.

I’ve been a regular for about 2 months until Saturday. I ordered 4 egg rolls they were disgusting me and fiancé couldn’t finish a bite it was that bad. Cheese was overloaded, not to mention wasn’t melted the worse taste ever. I didn’t even leave the lot once we tasted it. I immediately took it back. Talked to Maria who was non apologetic to a customer that’s not satisfied told me I couldn’t receive a refund and demanded me to order something else which I did not want to do. So I asked her how is she going to tell me she’s not refunding my money? I was told, It’s the owners policy to make you order something else when your not satisfied. That was a lie….And once I asked her to show me where it states that in the restaurant she couldn’t so she lied and said look it up on the internet and it’s there. So I proceeded to my car to get my phone and nowhere did it say that so she’s a liar unprofessional and inconsiderate to paying customers I will never support this place in life
Everything is usually good. However, I've been getting raw Egg Rolls, still doughy in the middle, three times now. Try turning your fryer down just a tad!
I saw an ad on Instagram about half off on Lefty’s cheesesteak hoagies. I thought I would try it. However, a guy who appeared to be the owner or mgr was yelling at one of his employees and it made me uncomfortable. I also noticed an elderly man and his wife sitting in a booth and they were wondering what was going on from the look on their face. This should not happen in front of customers. This person told one of the line workers “this is why you are a failure. You need to come and talk to me I am the success.” Not sure I’ll come back. This didn’t help your business.On the positive side the 12 inch steak and cheese hoagie with mushroom and chili sauce was excellent!
Went last week the staff suggested the Motorcity Muncher and the Corn beef special. It was a big hit. So I tried the Big Poppa and the Grim Reaper I know it's going to be a big hit.
