Love Kwong Tung Inn but lately they keep forgetting stuff for our orders. Last time we ordered they forgot our 2 hot mustards. This time my oldest son didn't get his egg roll with the combo meal. And my youngest son ordered the sweet and sour chicken combo and they didn't give him any sweet and sour sauce! Disappointed to say the least! Get it together ya'll!
I would've given it 5 stars but their food is starting to taste bland like most. They need to go back to their old recipes
This used to be my favorite go to Chinese restaurant but now they don't even answer the phone. I tried 3 days in a row to call in a carry out order. First 2 days the phone didn't even ring and said the subscriber you're trying to reach is unavailable. The third day I called and it just rang and no one answered. I called 4-6 times in a row and still no answer.
I love their food but they need to learn how to put plastic ware in the bags.
Small rice portion. Rice is dark brown and tastless and has nothing in it but 4 micro shrimp. It's awful for the price.
I've been eating at this restaurant for years, but lately, like a lot of restaurants today, they don't have that same excellent quality. I ordered cashew chicken with shrimp fried rice and two egg roles. Usually this is a great meal, but what I got wasn't. The egg rolls were the first thing I started to eat, I was hungry so one of them wasn't going to make it home, maybe both, but when I bit into it the first thing I noticed was that it had the taste of over used grease instead of the juicy flavors I was expecting. There was very little filling inside, just more of its greasy shell. The meal was the same. The taste of the vegetables, chicken and sauce was over run by that strong taste of resurrected grease. The portions were also less than satisfying but in this case I was glad. In my experience this has been a great place to eat, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe this was an off day, so I will return and try that dish again.
Very friendly & food has been amazing!
Kwong's has been my go to spot for Chinese cravings at work for a few years now. I'm boring and usually get the same few dishes, but everything is always prepared really well. None of that puffy, underdone breading chicken here. Nice, tight chicken bites with gooey sauces is what you'll find here. It seems they're known for their egg rolls and they are great indeed.
they changed portion size, the sauce, and they dont give crackers anymore smh.
Good food but I don’t think that was a ( Dinner portion of rice ). more like lunch than dinner
