Gave me the wrong order. The thigh was under cooked so I couldn't eat it. I ate rest and I was sick for two days.
How the place was just opened and I’m already NEVER coming back?!? My chicken tasted like they made all their chicken in the morning time then just passed it out all day. Everything was cold they should’ve just left nothing right there cause KFC on joyrd ain’t it.
I ordered here and they put mashed potato to my order instead of fries and when told them they said we are out of fries and the another good news is I waited 20 mins for my order that they we told me it will be ready in 5 min I say I don't want my order and she told me cancel it from the phone how I'm gonna do that please next time prepare the exact order that you receive don't make people angry
The chicken was so crispy and hot which was the best but the Nashville sauce was coming out of the box and was getting every where. If there was a way to get it without all the oil it would be the best
Unaware this establishment is operating solely through drive-thru service, I walked in to place an order. I was rudely greeted by a staff member who instructed me I would have to place the order via drive-thru. She then proceeded to have her eyelashes put on by someone out of uniform. That’s unsanitary and unprofessional.
The staff are very rude, I went to pick up two orders for Uber eats and while I’m telling the staff I have two orders she said we are closing in 10 minutes and she hanged up on me while I was still talking, i pulled up to the window and try to talk to the manager or whoever was in charge I believe her name was Quenzelle and she also closed the mic at me while I was talking, why hiring unprofessional people to run a big name business franchise, if your staff can’t achieve customer satisfaction you don’t need this kind of employees in your store, I mean even if they’re closing in 10 minutes they should be professional and talk nicely to people because you’ll loose customers and money. Never go to this store
The service is horrible there drinks are nasty doesn’t taste anything like the original drinks . The food taste like it’s been out for a few days
