This particular location always has a long line, but they are fast & efficient. The chicken is always hot & fresh. The last time I went, the lady at the window was extremely pleasant. I will definitely be going back
Waited for over 45 minutes in drive thruThen went inside to have a even worse experience with the Manager who had told people in the drive thru that I held the line up & my car was broke down ?She had no idea that I was the person in the drive thru & didn't even acknowledged her poor decisionNo interpersonal skillsNo problem solvingJust AttitudeStill didn't get my food for another 20 minutes after thatI guess they just happy someone showed up to work
Make me not want to go there anymore because their chicken are too small for the price that they charge
45 minute wait to the drive-thru not worth it plus the food was horrible it was cold it wasn't even cooked fresh
Man I'm sad the time has passed when fast food chains know in detail the pulse of their operations. These guys keep running out of stuff like spicy chicken come on KFC you're starving me. Stick to protocol make daily projections of volume needed for the day and pay special attention to still having food everything up til the minute close comes. Don't fear waste fear Lossing sales and happiness of loyal customers. Not breaking down for close an hour before so you can get off at exactly close time. This is Ludacris. Man ! I was craving this hot and spicy chicken. Only to by sent away starving. Like no dinner tonight Son you bin bad. I'm like crying what did I do for this punishment . No you just don't want to give me my spicy chicken. Besides that you're the best KFC can't do without you!
Chicken was hot in fresh and most importantly all our order was correct ? that's why I gave this KFC 5 stars ?.
I went to kfc to get food and experienced a woman named Belinda who l later found out that she is a manager screaming and yelling at another emplyee Very unprofessional Other customers left, myself included Wow kfc Your standards have gone done
I love KFC. It's a must I stop by at least 2 times a week.
They get you in and out..great place to go when your on a lunch break
I love it! Crispy, hot and spicy it's all good and at a decent price. I've been going there for decades.
