They threw the mayo on the sandwich! It's usually done very well but not this day! Also, I have never had to pay $10.00 even! Makes you think, what's going on in there! ??
Bad service, and I was told by a worker the food is not good by the next day after they cook it they should be ashamed of themselves
KFC is the worst place to for food they didn't give me all my food and the food was old probably from days ago don't think I'll ever go there again
This not what I want to do because I normally let things slide when is my people but these right here are another level of horrible workers . We want to support our people but is ridiculous they take to much time doing nothing and have a attitude especially the young sister with the ear ring in her nose who is always at drive through who is horrible at customer service!It's a shame ? to see such a travesty at Chalmers and Harper location.
Kids working there playing on the drive thru speaker. Ignorant and unprofessional. I never got to order nor did I get any food. The place was empty now I know why. Because kids inside playing not wanting to work.
Had us sitting here waiting for our chicken and then messed up the order. This place gotta do better they didn't give us our extra biscuits and the people had an attitude. This place is horrible since the pandemic. Horrible service. They burnt my chicken ? ?
Service sucked. Was told 1 price and it was slightly different at the window. Gave exact change w/$20 and cashier asked if she could just take it out of the $20. Then the drawer was stuck. 7mins later, they gave me $4.00 in change. I asked if I could use my card (who wants all those coins!). Told me it's too late. If the cashier knew how to count, she could've kept what I have her initially and gave me back a $10 bill. Never going back.
I went ti the one on charmers every time I went there I left with no chicken 1st time system down 2nd time it wi be 30 minutes for chicken and 30 minutes for pot pie every thing I ask for they said 30 minutes and the 3rd time at 9:00 pm they said they were closed I know they not making no money cause they always closed or system down
This was the first time I've had great service here. It was a early morning visit, the food was fresh and the workers were nice and polite.
Not a fan of KFC but wanted to try their new chicken sandwich. It was not put together well & wasn't that tasty
