I placed my order online but when I arrived to pick it up, THE LOBBY WAS CLOSED. Because i was at work, driving a large garbage truck, I had to walk around to the drive-thru. When I knocked on the drive through window, they didn't even know that I had placed and paid for my order. THEY HADN'T EVEN CHECK! I had to wait outside the drive-thru window for them to put my order together and when I did receive it, the four chicken tenders were EXTREMELY MINISCULE!! I felt as though they were retaliating against me because of my complaint of the lobby being closed. In a large business area, especially across the street from Henry Ford Hospital Main, the lobby should be available for those who aren't driving.
The chicken tender's look' burnt, and it look's like the chicken has been cooking in old grease, and my husband ordered some hot wing ding's and as we were eating the chicken, it's seasoned perfect but my honest opinion is, we were better off going to eat at a coney island, the wing ding's were not clean, and it was more fat then there were meat. I would not Recommend this restaurant to know one. And they Biscuits were very dry and hard, if i try and bite it, it will have my gum's bleeding, horrible.
Ordered some of the little chicken sandwiches and mashed potatoes and gravy. Meat was dry and hard. One sandwich had only pickles. No gravy for my potatoes!!! Never going back!!
Had to get my food thur the drive thur and the tenders are small and over cooked. Sad for $7 I could have gotten a much better deal at the food truck. Never again frfr. Service was good doe for being on foot in the drive thur
I paid $29.00 for some dry brunt 8 pieces of chicken with 2 sides an 4 dry biscuits. #Can'tgethoodgoodnowhere
Dry. No seasoning and seeming refried in old oil. Swore they didn't have receipt paper or condiments. Tasted gross.
I visited 2 in the Detroit area. Both informed me they only had popcorn chicken and KFC bowls. Definitely a personnel problem. Only 2 people working at each.
Ice machine was broken, sodas were hot and all were flat. Ordered a 2piece leg and thigh meal and the chicken was smallest i ever seen, my tiny cup of mash potatoes was bigger the thigh they gave me???a 2piece meal should not cost 8 bucks!!!

Work across the street, their sign says their dine in is opened so I walked over to grab lunch all the doors are locked... needless go say took my business elsewhere.
