Ordered three piece meal combos and got two piece combos and no forks to eat the sides with......I guess next time we will check each box and bags before we leave the window.
Thought it opened at 10:30 a.m.,arrived at 10:45. Waited until 11 when they started taking orders. They were only taking exact change,debit or credit cards. Foood was ready when i got to window. The food was prepared correctly and tasted great?. If you did an online order then you can go inside to pick it up.
They forgot an item in my online order and when I returned to tell them I was told “I’m not going to give you anything it doesn’t pop up on my computer”. This was said by a manager and she yelled it. She refused to look at my receipt and never gave me the missing item.
I spent close to 50 dollars an they for got two things in my order didn't noticed it until I got home so yeah I hated it

HORRIBLE!!!! The sign on the door said That this location opens up at 10:30 AM. I arrived at this location at 10:15 and decided to wait. While waiting in the drive-through A woman came out and yelled at me that KFC does not serve breakfast and they do not open until 11 AM. I told her that the sign said 1030 and that I wanted to wait. She said to me I don’t care what the sign says do you see that it says 11 AM right in front of you we are closed.I Didn’t care what TIME!!!! I was using MY TIME TO WAIT!!!!! She basically SHOO’d me away!!! She was VERY RUDE and clearly had an issue with me sitting there!
Shut this place down.No honey, no BBQ sauce, unseasoned fries, undercooked chicken and no root beer. Holy Toledo I’ve never seen such poor ownership. To whomever owns this KFC chain, I hope you have an inspection today and you should be ashamed of yourself. ? ? ? ? ??
If you order online, don't follow the instructions, they will make you go through the drive thru anyway, took 40 minutes to get my food because they open in the middle of a lunch rush and I was following the online instructions to get my food. Manager must be not care, cuz neither do the employees.
The lobby is closed, due to Covid, so pedestrian customers have to walk through the drive-thru. The new Beyond plant-based nuggets seem authentically seasoned with the "11 herbs and spices", including an excess of sodium. After more than a decade without KFC, being the second order on the first day was gratifying!
I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. i ordered $70 worth of food, got all the wrong drinks, and got only THREE items out of 12. Tried calling kfc for 2 hours with NO ANSWER. Tried calling the delivery driver and my number was blocked. And the tenders that were delivered had no nashville hot sauce at all. and all the sauces were WRONG. i don’t ever post reviews but i am FURIOUS!
