Only giving 2 stars because at least when they messed up they upgraded our pizza. Was supposed to be half pepperoni and half cheese. Lmao. They messed up the salads as well. This place will mess everything up on you’re order as they can. 3 times the messed my food up. I probably won’t ever come back to this place!!!
I usually don't write reviewsThe manager has no customer service skills at all and very disrespectfulI called about an hour ago and placed an order for delivery then I called after 1 hour and the manager answered with an attitude saying we don't deliver there, then I said you delivered few times to me before he said well maybe it happened on my day off because when I'm here everyone get scared of me and the girl that answered you today is going to be fired, I said you don't have to fire anyone you could've just said we don't deliver there.It's a great restaurant the food is great but whoever is the manager there should be fired because it's giving a bad picture for the store
My co workers that l share lunch sometimes dinner if we work late have decide we could no longer pay for high gas and dont get our food order right so were not going to spend our hard earned money there anymore not worth the headace or gas ??????went today to pick up food thursday june 9th 2022 ?
Best jets pizza in Detroit area. Ovens are hot and pizza is delicious. Very good management they take care of your order.
My pizza was very good today is Friday April 22nd 2022 at about 8:30 9:00 place to order with a young man not sure of his name but he made the pizza exactly like I asked kudos to him thank you ???????
Service was great Gave only four stars because I used to buy the big bottle of ranch and they stop doing the big bottle
I didn't eat because they only had pepperoni slices but they were very polite
I love Jets. One of the few with cauliflower crust now and their veggie pizza is simply the best.....
If I can give this place no stars I would I placed a order over 30 dollars and the driver gave my food to someone at my apartment building and they so called manger and the driver was getting rude saying he gave my food to a guy and I told him he went to the wrong place so I went up there and I ask where was the driver and the manger said right here and they driver said yea I didn’t give your the food it was a guy at the door and to to mention they always call when the come to my apartment they are dead wrong for this
The complaint is not with the food nor the quality. The girl working the front literally threw my receipt at me and when I asked for a bag for condiments she rolled her eyes and complained that I asked for a bag. I would highly recommend management paying attention to who greets your customers at the door. Her attitude will definitely be turning customers away.
