This was my Dad experience and I’m not happy with how he was treated at all. He said, “I went to Jerry's barbecue on livernois in Detroit. I bought a 12 piece fried chicken dinner for an event I was attending Sunday. The chicken was EXTREMELY Salty ! I called to inform Jerry's , I was hung up on.”Jerry's Pizza & Barbecue I think someone needs to explain and rectify the situation because that’s terrible customer service. I would think that if a customer food is unsatisfactory the customer would be compensated and the issue would be resolved.

I stay down the street literally 3 minutes away. I ordered 2 medium pizzas. I called to place my ordered and no one picked up the phone. So I was annoyed that I had to walk to place my order. I get there and place my order and while I'm there, the phone rung 5x times and someone was sitting right by the phone!!! Unbelievable!!!The cashier was polite though.Word of advice... don't be surprised if they don't answer the phone or if they answer the phone they have an attitude ?.You probably will have to just go there in person.
I have been a customer at this location since I was a kid. I grew up in the area. I decided to buy my family some dinner from here today because we have family visiting from out of town. The lady who answered has a very bad attitude and I sensed it. She answered the phone like she was mad. I asked was she ok and she took offense to it. They had just opened so it’s not like she’s tired or busy. I asked a simple question because the menu online doesn’t show how many slices come on each pizza. She paused like I should have known and answered with an attitude again.You can clearly hear that she has an attitude or lacks professionalism. Very sad and so I let her know that I wouldn’t be placing an order due to her attitude. We all go through things… leave it home or don’t come to work if you can’t control your tone when dealing with the public. It may be how she is? but who wants to give their money to rude people. Not me! I’ll be sharing my experience as well… no thanks! If you don’t like your job… QUIT!
Just moved back to Detroit from Las Vegas and was craving Jerry's meat lovers party size. It was like a delicious time machine the pizza was just as I remembered if not better. I can't wait to order it again.
Y'all still got it 40+ and it still taste the same
I went and received the wrong pizza, didn't check until I got home but called back and they apologized but I live too far to take it back. Went back the next day and they gave me another one. Wasn't bad, I'll return.
My place for over 33+ years. Love Jerrys thin crust meat loves pizza. Those fried wings dinos r to die for....errrrr thang is good!
Ribs was nasty ? gave them to my dogs I don't know how they cooked them but it's like they just dipped them in bbq sauce don't buy them at all
