Jazz was a pleasure today she helped me with my order seeing it was my first time. She was very patient and explained every flavor profile.I got some jerk chicken wings with the beans and rice with cabbage and plantains, along with a beef patty and fried dumplings. It was a bang for my buck. Very flavorful and spicy like I like it. Thanks jazz I even doubled back and got my husband some oxtails and he truly enjoyed it.
Peculiar vibe, subtly uninviting. Food isn't as flavorful as expected. Patties are overcooked. Strange portion to price ratio for certain items. Rather opt for more quality cuisine than deal with parking and nonchalant service here.
1st time going here. Food was very good. Very well seasoned and large portions. You can call ahead or walk in, both are fast service. Average prices. Will definitely become my go to carribean restaurant
Stopped here for the first time 6.27.2022, I got the lunch specials for the oxtails, curry goat, curry chicken and jerk wings. The food was very good and a lot for the money. The festival dumplings were spot on. I will definitely be back.
wow, very rude. I called to order a king fish, which is listed on the menu that clearly states that it is served as a whole fish. when I inquired abt the type of fish, she stated it was tuna. So I then proceed to order the red snapper, but did not want it because of the price. The lady just hung up on me. before hanging up you should say a professional greeting. I don't patronize business that acts as if I am bothering them, I will never return.
I had grilled lamb chops with fried plantains and greens. Also had a pineapple with ginger drink. Everything was great!! Will be going back soon!
We were trying to find this type of restaurant for like the last 3 months and we went to so many other ones and was so disappointed this one when you walk in the door you automatically feel the island environment it's clean the people are very friendly and very thorough they make sure their customers are satisfied anything that we ordered every time we went we always have enough for like two to three meals and everything is so good oh my goodness the preparation that they use is awesome if you're looking for a island food experience this is your place the prices are very reasonable and they have a wide selection to choose from
When you walk into the door the environment was Island style it was really nice the selection of food was unbelievable and everything was open to where you can actually see what you're getting the environment was extremely clean the people were very professional and the prices was really good also and oh my goodness you get so much food.
Something different for me. Ox tails were tasty, the red beans and rice and the fried dumpling. I really like the meat pie a whole lot more. But hey, I'M AMERICAN AND USE TO THESE FLAVORS. I'MA GO GET MORE MEAT PIES TODAY?
Very flavorful. Loved the Boston Jerk chicken and the rice and red beans covered in its gravy. Fall-off-the-bone meat with so much flavor and a lil heat. Sweet plantains with that caramelized outside and soft insides. Mac 'n cheese, cabbage, and green beans were all comforting and tasty, too. They also had a bunch of vegetarian daily specials I'll be coming back for soon.
