Could not fill an order for 2 dozen donuts for the following day - additionally, they don’t open until 8am. What kind of legitimate bakery/bagel/donut shop doesn’t open until 8am??? Are you kidding me? I’ll never take my business here ever again. Even with Holy Moly’s original response, this shop has permanently lost my business. COVID is a poor excuse for being able to fill orders in May 2022 (it would have been reasonable in May 2020, but not now). Lack of staffing is also a poor excuse for the inflexibility of the store to handle an advance order of 2 dozen donuts at a time when MANY stores open as early as 6am and can handle advance orders as small as 2 dozen donuts. I will never set foot in this store again
5-2-22, 11:40AM RUDE, RUDE, RUDE... THE MAN WORKING BEHIND THE COUNTER IS VERY RUDE. IF HE IS THE OWNER HE NEEDS NOT TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS. IF HE IS AN EMPLOYEE HE NEEDS TO BE RETRAINED, COACHED AND MONITORED FOR ATLEAST 8 WEEKS BEFORE HE IS ALLOWED TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS BY HIS SELF. HE IS VERY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING. HE IS NOT A PEOPLE PERSON. TO THE OWNERS, IF THERE ARE PROBLEMS WITH THESE MAN IN THE FUTURE YOU ARE WARNED, HE HAS A WHOLE AND COMPLETE ATTITUDE. YOU CANT HAVE A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE AND THINK YOUR GOING TO WORK WITH THE PUBLIC.
Service is great ever time I go there ? they are polite n friendly. Ice cream ? ? doughnuts ? ? slushies , all grrrrrrreat! Everything is very tasty and neatly prepared!You're gonna love it ... well I hope so ?
The donuts are superb I love the plain glazed donuts had a family member try and their tastebuds were happy because they have that ole' school donut taste. Never can I stop in and just buy one donut I have to buy alot.The establishment is clean and immaculate stop in and try something you'll be quite satisfied?.

HOLY FREAKIN MOLY!!!?? Such a great experience! My granddaughters are visiting from Cincinnati so I had to bring them here. All of the flavor combinations the girls came up with were great and it was fun to see their choices. The staff treated them like family and even taught them what good karma is. Thank you for that! I will be bringing all of my visitors here.

Ordered delivery through one of the apps and didn’t know what I wanted. I clicked a bunch of random options, got a milkshake and just left it up to the to decide what was in it and I was surprised with a dozen awesome donuts, half moose tracks/ half birthday cake shake, and iced coffee.Plus a nice note on the box.Great shop, definitely my new go to when bringing donuts into the office!
