I haven't had any pizza from here in years but all of the other food they have is awesome! We ordered BBQ rib tips, fries, jumbo shrimp, etc. They were all tasty!
I’m going to the health department in the am an I will be public posting these videos pictures and recording of them they made a pizza it was not done AND HAIR I asked can it be remade THEY SAID THE MANAGER WHO REFUSE TO COME TO THE PHONE THEY WOULD TAKE MY PIZZA BACK AND PUT THAT ONE BACK IN THE OVEN SO I WENT UP THERE AND MY FRIEND JUST SAID CAN YALL JUST MAKE UT WELL DONE THE MANAGEMENT YELLS ON CAMERA OH NOW U WANT IT WELL DONE WE SAID IT WAS NIT DONE HE THEN JUST PULLS OUR MONEY AND REFUSED UP TRYING TO SHOW OUT INFRONT OF THE BLACK YOUNG KIDS I THEN CALLED ASKED FOR CORPRATE HE HUNG UP THANK GOD I WAS SMART ENOUGH TO TAKE PICTURES AN RECORD .!!!! But ima post just one pic cause tomorrow health department I go .!!!!!!! Worst place everrrrrrrrrrrre.!!!!! But ima take this to the top .!!!!!!!!!!!

The cashiers were friendly and the service quick, and yes the pizza was excellent.

Food has no quality from pizza dry, fries extremely dry, baby back ribs 50% meat 50% fat.Its like you're eating 2 or 3 day leftovers
The food has always been straight but the cashiers or whomever answers the phone always has a attitude. They banned us from ordering from this location because one of there drivers didn’t follow the instructions on the order which was to “call when here for directions on where to go”. The driver went into my gated apartment building when I have always met them outside of the gate. She had no way out and complained which is the reason the banned us. Tried to call to explain and the lady had an attitude with us.
I placed an order and it took over an hour for the order to come as I only live around the corner from there. When I called to see what was taking so long the person who answered the phone was extremely RUDE !! Instead of allowing me to explain my concerns she just started talking over me as I'm trying to talk and then says well then you can speak to a manager?? When I spoke to the manager she did explain to me that the delivery was taking a little longer due to the weather and I appreciate it that. The could use some customer service training. I never had a negative experience from here before this. Hopefully this review will serve for them to do better at customer service and to listen to the concern of your customers just as if you would want somebody to listen to you.
Ordered via website, too many people called off, under staffed. Got refund for half my order. Felt bad for the manager and customer
Waited 3 hours for pizza to be delivered. When it arrived it was cold and one pizza was barely sliced.
