called to make a order and they said walk ins only which is fine i only live around the corner then get there 3 min later for them to tell me their closed, The tall bald guy at the register was extremely rude
The customer service was excellent, (food) the chicken tasted like it had been cooked in Fish Grease, and the cookie was buried around the edges, I was truly disappointed.

Pros: the day staff are polite, professional, and kind.The food was fresh and tasty ( rib tips for the husband) ( catfish dinner for myself)Cons: DO NOT...I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER AT NIGHT!!!The staff were rude. Used profane language while speaking to each other. Argued about scheduling and pay in front of us. One employee opened a box after the argument and began eating a slice of pizza.DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT AT NIGHT!!!A gentleman came in and asked us if we were looking for Marijuana and pulled out a sack for us to see. After we declined he apologized and stated it wasn't meant as disrespect. Then he told the employee who'd been cursing, arguing, and earing that he needed to speak with him. That same employee asked him to wait a minute, he grabbed our order then walked the "weed man" in the bathroom? as the rude lady whom he was arguing with yelled behind him "hey we don't have time for that tonight"!Never will I ever while in this city return to this establishment!!! I suggest you don't either.To the gentleman who cooked our food earlier and your son who took our order with the green eyes...thank you for your professionalism and kindness when we first arrived to your city.
I placed an order June 12th 2022 I arrive within 10 minutes. When entering the door the music is so loud(Rap), you can't hear what the cashier is saying. I gave her my pickup order, she talked on her cell phone and then decided five minutes later to reach for my order to give to me. Sooooo unprofessional. Not only that, I ordered the Philly steak sub and chili fries w/ cheese. First of all, the chili fries with cheese, they did not put the cheese on there, therefore it was only chili fries but I pay for cheese. Secondly, of all the Philly steak sandwich looks nothing like the picture, so therefore you guys don't get fooled by the picture. My Philly steak sandwich was Tiny strip of old looking beef with cheese on a Big bread bum. NOTHING else on it, No lettuce, No tomatoes,, No dressing, No mayonnaise, etc.... it had absolutely NOTHING on it. I ended up taking the top part of the bread throwing it in the garbage trying to eat the bottom part of the bread with the tiny strip of beef, but it was so horrible I only ate half. And I went there at 10:30 at night because I was so hungry. That was a waste of my $14.77. I started to go back and complain, but because the business is being ran, so unprofessional, it wouldn't make a difference. If I only knew, it was going to be so bad I would have took pictures of the food before. Therefore, I just choose to never go there again. Don't be fooled by the pictures on the menu!
Order over $50 worth of food ribs tips very tuff to eat had to throw them away cookie was hard as well and the fries were cold I feel like I wasted my money... But the ladies at the desk had amazing customer service I even tipped her

They rib tips be super dry and not fresh at all. I can tell the difference between fresh ribs & heated up ribs. They were definitely reheated and poured BBQ sauce on them. If anybody gets any from here. Please make sure that they are freshly prepared and not reheated ?????
I purchased a half cheese, and half mushroom, onion, and green pepper pizza with a tossed salad. Everything was good pizza was hot the salad was excellent. I need more of that salad in my life! ? ?
