Shrimp dinner was good. You could tell they had just changed the oil. I'd only ask that they giveore fries with the meal, they were pretty tight with them.
Very nasty customer service. Not only did they tell my 10 year old son that we were lazy for sending him in for picking up our pizza but also got hung up on twice by the assistant manager ??Very disrespectful do not recommend this location at all. NEED NEW EMPLOYEES
Giving them five stars for consistently being one of the last places in the city to buy food after 11pm and for giving great deals on pizzas people never picked up. They deal with the worst of the worst customers and I'd be a little salty too if I took the kind of abuse the last pizza place open in Detroit takes. Keeping staff safe and showing up is so bad that the McDonalds down the road closes at 9pm - folks negging this place have no idea they're dumping on their last drunken hope short of that pizza joint on Monroe that serves the giant soggy slices for $5 each.
0 stars if it was an option. Waited almost an hour and the “deep dish “ pizza is terrible it’s flat and bumpy in some areas and has some odd color . It doesn’t even look like fresh crust this pizza is hard and looks old. My fries were room temperature and half way full despite me paying for a full side this is just terrible honestly a waste of $30 for below average pizza .

I am a long time customer of Happy's and enjoy the Food except when they sell you old left over food. On May 15th 2022 Sunday I ordered a Rib Tip dinner. Paid with my Visa and they delivered a greasy bag of old food the fries was old greasy hard and barely warm with a few ribs tips . This was the Happy's on Jefferson. I am very disappointed again.
I do not like the brand. The menu is way to big for the staff to deliver quality. There is nothing his about their pies. At this location they are never in any type of uniform. It gives the perception that they let people off the street come back to cook the food. There's definitely some quality control issues.
The new owner is incredible and very well suited for this location. I definitely recommend it.
I haven’t had Happys from this site in over 2 years because of the service. So today me and my family ordered food and the first dinner 1 half brush of barbecue sauce on the ribs , they forgot the shrimp , bread, onion rings were soggy..2 dinner rib tips half sauced no bread no Cole slaw burnt fries..3 no bread. They didn’t send no utensils, no hot sauce that was asked for or no ketchup that was asked for … horrible horrible horrible… never again!
Terrible waste of money !Waiting over 2 hours for the worst pizza I've ever had. Hot food was cold and cold food warm. The best part was when I called to tell them about it, he was just like o' well. No body cares and it definitely shows. It sucks to spend 40 bucks on dinner nobody could even eat.
