This was the worst pizza I ever had in my life. First of all the pizza was almost burnt, the slices were not cut all the way through and when I went to break the slices apart all the cheese and toppings came off the pizza dough which caused a big mess. Should of followed my kids recommendation of going to the Little Caesar’s next door for a better pizza at half the price of what I paid at Greg’s. Would not recommend to anyone….

Yesterday I attempted to order a pizza and peach cobblers from here on doordash. My order was suppose to be ready for pick up when my dasher arrived. My dasher got there and waited 45 minutes and my order still wasn’t ready and another dasher waited 20 minutes still wasn’t ready and I tried calling numerous times they kept me on hold. Nevertheless I won’t be ordering from here again. Time wasted. I had to order from Hungry Howies who didn’t have a problem with the order food was great dasher picked up my order from Southfield and was at my door in no time. The pizza at Gregg’s may be good but they are very unprofessional I didn’t get to eat dinner until 10pm smh.
For the last past week I asked for slices they all ways tell me that they don't have any. I called over the phone today they told me that they didn't have any. Then I came into the restaurant yesterday; asked for slices she told me no. She didn't even get up from her chair to look. she didn't even look at me. On her phone I could have been a multi millionaire and shouldn't be able to look at the customer Didn't ask anyone just flat out said no. When I come into the building nobody is ever working or in eyesight. Im standing there at the front for atleast 5 min screaming out for someone to help me just to get turned down. Sigh good food just poor customer service.
A large cheese pizza took over 47 minutes to make and the pizza maker does not wear gloves I asked for my money back and waited another 20 minutes if I can give negative stars I would!!!
i got shrimp wings pizza fries and Italian sub and everything was hot and fresh and tasted really good. and the prices are kinda low. i def will be back, they can fry sum wings.
My new spot excellent food the older ppl are cool but them youngsters you can tell they really don't want to be there and they ain't trying to hide it lol check them out just laugh at the kids ?
I love this place for their ribs but it seems like every other trip is a hit or miss!!My husband and I love ribs and we’re very particular about where we go so when we found this place we were very excited. Unfortunately the last few times we’ve been, we had to take 1 of our slabs of ribs back because it’ll be burned sooo bad. I mean to the point the meat is hard and shrunken and completely inedible. I’m not sure how someone could even still serve that to a customer. I hope they see my review and get that situation under control because I love supporting black business but quality and consistency is key.
If I could right a half of a star I would or a negative star. They claim they so busy. When the delivery is only eight minutes away They can’t give a ETA. I don’t even think the waitress know what the ETA is. Or even a waitress. The food was cold The delivery driver. Was two hours late. For how I don’t know. How they need to get together out of all the pizza spots day is like a -3
Gave then another try. My pizza was excellent today. I guess they hired some new people cause everything was perfect. I will be back sooner then later!
