Great food, amazing staff

AMAZING.A BIG PART OF HOW GOOD THE FOOD TASTE IS THE TREATMENT U GET FROM THE EMPLOYEE. THATLL LET U KNOW IF YOUR FOOD I S GONNA TASTE GOOD OR NOT.MY POINT IS THE KID AT THE REGISTER WAS SUPER COOL AND PAITENT FOOD WAD REALLY GOOD
I took my uncle and aunt who were visiting from out-of-town out for breakfast here after i found this place on google. Was very happy with the food, if i was judging the food only it would definitely be 5 stars. However, my two star review i am leaving is for my bad experience and poor service. I ordered tea with the food, and as i was pouring it for the family and holding a cup up, the glass shattered and a whole hot cup of tea spilled all over my pants and down to my shoes. Poor cheap quality glass cups i guess? Regardless, all 3 of us started cleaning the table with the napkins we had since there were no servers around at that moment. By the time someone came and i asked for a towel to help wipe the table better, the server asks what happened and i explain, and his response was "did you pour the tea with the spoon in the cup?"..... which i did, but that shouldnt be your first question to the customer while seeing him soaked in hot tea. Regardless, the server drops off a towel at the table, grabs the plate i had already filled with shattered glass and wet napkins, and leaves, leaving me the towel to wipe the table as if i am at fault for the spill. Oh well, i did, and continued on with breakfast while we had tea all over the ground under is that no one bothered to come clean. I even had to call the waiter back to request a new plate and a new cup... i didnt get offered help to clean/wipe the sticky table, i didnt get offered a plate and cup till i called the other waiter back to request them, i didnt get offered a new pot of tea after losing a whole cup over the table, i didnt get offered to not get charged for the tea partially/fully (especially that what was left easnt enough to fill our three cups), i didnt get asked if i got burnt seeing my pants and legs were all wet, i didnt even get something as simple as an apology for having to finish the meal in wet pants and socks and shoes. So out of frustration from having to sit right now and scrub my shoes, i felt this was worth leaving this review, in hopes that someone sees this and works on improving service, and maybe buying better quality glassware.
