Since i could not respond to the owner on my phone i will respond to the owner here. i clearly understand what corned beef is as well as onion rolls. my claim was not false at all seeing as how i drove from the west side to get your food. I have had it several times and it was great but in all honesty I never give bad reviews because i don’t want to ruin any business. The fact that you mentioned the health department tells me it’s not your first go round with them but in fact i did contact them. Corned beef sandwiches had burnt onions on the roll. Corned beef too salty. Requested mustard on one and thousand island on the other and didn’t get it. Found a roach on my caramel cake and koolaid was the worst. Never going back.
Great Burger. Onion rings weren't as crisp as I would like but thats a personal preference. Very kind cashier. Wait time was as expected.
Placed an order at 11:35 order wasn’t ready 12:15. I ordered a burger with barbecue sauce came with ketchup instead which I don’t like. I ordered chili fries with onions and I got old fries with chili and no onions. The burger was way over cooked as well. Late from lunch now and hungry. Ordered online so the order was hard to mess up. Will not be returning.

These are the big baby fries! Not what's being advertised. Burnt hamburger, no cornbeef, little cheese. Made on a griddle that probably haven't been cleaned all year! First and last time eating here. Was recommended by a friend and he said "they must have fell off". I wouldn't even have responded in detail like this, but when I called to explain my order; the owner and cashier both didn't care to hear what was wrong about what was purchased because he believes he makes "EVERYTHING" the same way. I wouldn't give these burnt nasty fries to my dog! Iwant the SAME quality I seen on the TV show, before the pandemic, before the recession, and after! Don't charge me for cornbeef if you're not gonna give me cornbeef! If you have to modify and downgrade your items because of the pandemic, then modify these PICTURES too! Do better! I'll continue supporting other black own restaurants that actually take pride in their food, and people.Or maybe it's time for you to hang it up. You might need to pass the crown to one of your kids or something.
