If you are looking for a great spot to eat and hear great music with amazing ambience, come down to Floods! The food is so on point and the quantity is filling. The drinks are strong and creative.
Great atmosphere, music, and the seafood sampler was very tasty.Our server was very pleasant. However, the other server for our family was rude. We spanned 4 tables yet, spent well worth our stay and yet she felt the need to tell my cousin's $200 dollars (their tab) later if you're not spending anymore money then you need to get up from the table.Not cool!!!
Came here visiting my best friend from out of town .. good food good drinks .. ...could use a few more bar tenders because the crowd does get thick but I'm sure this is definitely a go to spot for locals. .I know I'll be back when I visit again
I had a ball for my birthday! I just wish me and all of my guests could've sat together. DJ Gurt threw down!! He was GREAT!! The food was good. I just wish the parking was closer as I am disabled. I will be back!!
If I could give enough negative stars to take this restaurant to a 2 star restaurant on Google, I would. Security was rude and snarky; there's no hostess so when we arrived and inquired about our reservation the security told us to go to the back to flag down a waitress. It took 20 mins to find our reservation and be seated in this non-heated, frigid tent of a patio(which was dirty and had old shopping bags floating around), just to lose electricity in the patio as soon as our waters arrived. I can't even speak on the food or drink because my husband and I left when we realized the heat just wasn't working in the patio and we weren't being reimbursed for the cover charge. I will absolutely never come back.

I’ve been here a million times and the food is always delicious. But this review is mainly for our server Kayla (I hope that’s her name). She was very attentive and went above and beyond for me and my three friends. We are newer moms and getting out isn’t always easy but Kayla made our night very pleasant & enjoyable.
I had a horrible experience!!! I ordered food and drinks online. When I got to the establishment there was a $30 charge to get in and a line. When I explained that I was there to pick up my online order (after waiting in line...and watching security let their friends cut the line) the lady at the door was extremely rude. I waited 40 minutes for the waitstaff to FIND my order. Then on top of that when I explained I ordered a drink as well, the waitress said we dont do that and walked off. Floods is not what it used to be. I ended up with cold food and a headache. I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THEM AGAIN. 10+ customer lost.
