It says high end place in a lot of comments. I think it was below average when it comes to ambiance. The food was not that good either. Minimum price for an entree was $20, it was too much for that place. I would not go back.
I finally get to cash out. she's legit, reliable and experience. I invested $500 to earn $5,800... Easier than I thought. Unexpectedly delicious. The chef came out and spoke to us in detail about his culinary experience and let me tell you it shows. Appetizers and main course were delicious and worth the price.
The Filet at El Asador was amazing! All of the food was very good actually! (I Sampled a bit of everything...we had a party of 11) The staff was very accommodating even though I had to change the # of guests that I had at least 3X maybe more lol. They still provided excellent service. The fact that you could bring your own beer/wine made the experience and pricing that much better. We will definitely be back.
Top notch steaks. The ribeye might have been the best steak I've ever had. However, wish it was offered with regular or better steakhouse sides as their arroz y frijoles, and the little potatoes are sub par compared to other Mexican restaurants. I'm giving it 5 stars anyways because the AMAZING steak and to die for creamy Poblano soup are worth the junky arroz and frijoles.
We totally loved the food. Even the picky eater kids that I have loved the food. Very authentic and delicious. I am in total love with their Fajitas and my wife loved their steak.Keep up the good work and kudos to the chefs, waiting staff, management, and all
The most underrated restaurant in Detroit in my opinion. This filet mignon with chipotle butter sauce is mind-blowing and a must try. Chef Garza makes everything from scratch. Gourmet, fresh, delicious.
Not at all impressed with El Asador. We ordered 3 different items and all were just okay not at all remarkable. Bland and all tasted the same. The fish tacos were awful gloppy and bad. Service was great ( we were the only couple in there) and friendly. Will not return

Food and service here is always great. I've done a few online orders recently which have always been good as well. They need to update their online prices to reflect what you actually pay when you go in. My order total was around $75, and ended up paying over $105 with tax and their price increases (not including tip).I'm fine with the price increases, just need to be transparent with this when people place the order online, as it's a pretty significant increase.
