I've only been to this restaurant one time but it was quite a good experience. It was open 24 hours and I came in here at like 3am, which was cool.Their food is nothing fancy. It is typical coney food really. But its a great place to go after a night of drinking. Pretty cheap too from what I remember. The atmosphere is pretty cool. The inside is very narrow with seating right at the counter.Keep in mind that this place is cash only.Overall, this place quite good and one of the only non fast food options in the area after hours.

Absolutely authentic experience, wonderful coney dogs. Next time I'm in Detroit this is a must stop. Friendly service, affordable prices... Hell, even the other customers were friendly

Loved it. Fast, easy, cash only, and the 2 guys working got our food to us in less then 5 minutes. Will definitely be back

Currently throwing up from eating here. The hair in my food was bad but this is unbearable. I have the worst stomach pains I’ve ever had and feel the sickest I’ve ever felt. I would have thought maybe it’s just me but my fiancé is having the same issues too from the food. Oh and also my drink cup had about 7 dirty spots on it from them not washing it. I asked my fiancé to drink out of hers, when I turned it and took a sip we noticed her glass was disgusting and unwashed as well. We also watched one of the guys walk past the female server and get her whole pony tails in the plate of fries he was carrying and still serve it to the customer. Not sure if we got food poisoning from the food itself or the unclean cups but worst experience ever and now I’m out a day of work.

I’ve been going here for over 30 years. It’s always good and the staff is family. Any time I visit Detroit I make it a point to eat here at least once. Breakfast is wonderful and I highly recommend the Loose Burger w/ everything

Wasn't impressed...dry crunchy bun and barely warm chili. Always heard this place in discussion with best coney, hopefully it was just a rare occurrence of quality

Awesome little diner. Food, service, value-this place has it all covered. Other than Motown tunes, Stroh's and Vernors, I’m not a huge Detroit fan myself, but my guess is that this cool little spot kind of exemplifies the great urban jungle that is the Motor City. Food-wise, anyway. Whatever the he** that means, haha. I’d take all my meals here if I lived nearby.

I only requested transit directions, but, I heard the food was really good and of high quality for A local Coney Island spot as A Detroit staple.I'm very adventurous to try for Pete's Sakes!

Awesome food greasy spoon feel in the best comfort food way

I grew up in Southwest Detroit when I was a kid this was one of my go to spots for good grub. They make the best breakfast special , and it's not that expensive. They used to have these double chocolate donuts with chocolate frosting on top, they were the best donuts in the world.when I was there today they said yeah, they don't get those donuts anymore,it's been a while since they've had them.So even though I live on the east side of Detroit now,When I go to to Southwest side of Detroit, because my storage unit is over there. When I hit the storage unit is over there I make sure, and stop At one of my favorite eating spots in this is one of them. I'm 62 and a bit nostalgic.
